The food was excellent. The service was also very good. We went on Valentine’s Day. They were busy. They have plenty of parking. The food was very affordable and big sizes. The atmosphere was great.

Wasn’t busy but still took 30 minutes for food. Waitress came back with refills twice with 15 minute drinkless breaks between. Checked the tables all around us but wouldn’t stop for us when we tried to get refills. Cleaned and wiped the table next to us without asking why I hadn’t touched my burger in 20 minutes. Eventually I got her to stop and asked if I could get some toppings for my bacon burger. She tells me vegetables toppings don’t come on the bacon burger (it used to). She says she could get me them on the side and instead comes almost running back with a menu to prove me wrong and let me know it. All I’m asking for is some lettuce and onion, maybe pickles. Couldn’t get refills but she ran back with a menu to prove me wrong, and I wasn’t arguing with her about it.
When first ordering she told me wife she got 2 sides with her meal, my wife said the 3 for Me only came with 1 side. The waitress insisted it was 2. Then had to come back and say it’s actually only 1. Maybe she was embarrassed and didn’t want to check in with us.
Since she got the menu to prove I’m wrong, I’d like to point out the bacon burger is suppose to come with 4 pieces of bacon and I only got 3. Whole thing was incredibly bizarre.

Three of the six entrees came out with hair on the food. When one was replaced it again had a hair in the food. The food that had hair was comped. While trying to pay with a gift card one of the employees had nasty statements when their system couldn’t process the payment . Eventually the payment was processed with excessive disrespect from one of the female employees. Will never patronize this establishment again. TRULY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES

I ordered delivery and I was very excited to get my soup but then I was very disappointed with the what they consider a bowl of soup. When I go in and eat there and order a cup of soup it’s the same size but what I got was very underwhelming. Also they leave their delivery bags wide open, no way of securing and sealing the bag for delivery drivers so anyone could get to it if they wanted. I was very surprised by this, I almost didn’t want to eat my food because of it not being sealed. They also didn’t even put something on the drink to cover it which most places do which is very odd and frankly not safe, they also didn’t even include a straw. I am very disappointed, I usually love this chilis.

Came to chilis about a month ago and asked to speak to one of the managers because my food order was incorrect on top of the manger taking years to come out with my food his breath smelt like straight booze. I have nothing against the man but wearing shades to cover your eyes but not a mask to cover the smell of your breath is not a good look. I have nothing against coming to work even when your not your best but at least brush your teeth. Do better with your management i get times are hard but if you know you gotta work the next morning have some decency.

Metri the General Manager and his team deliver hot delicious food. The burgers and fries are great! Clean restaurant (Including the restroom) personal and professional service. Ordered the brisket quesadilla and southwest egg rolls for delivery. The quesadilla was burnt and the egg rolls came whole and were soft. They both were absolutely horrible and I don’t know how a restaurant would be ok sending food out like that. Such a waste of money.

Been here countless times, during weekdays and weekends, rush times, between rush times, ect. This location is one of the few places my family goes out to anymore. We’ve had the best service consistently, the food has always been hot and delicious, and the all around atmosphere is one of service excellence. Fantastic job by both the kitchen and FoH staff!!

Food: it’s okay. The double bacon ranch burger was juicy, and the bread was firm and buttery. The number of fries made my heart sad. They were hot and crispy. The tequila trifecta was okay. I wanted a Henry Rita, but it was not available. The Ceasar Salad had great dressing but more iceberg lettuce than needed. The cheesecake was good.
Service: I was greeted quickly and seated ever faster. The server was knowledge of the menu. She was nice and accurate with my order.
Atmosphere: It decor is modern. The empty tables were clean.
