Enjoyed a delightful dinner at Chili’s Grill and Bar earlier tonight with my sister! The atmosphere there was wonderful and a big shout out to our waiter, Issac!
After going through many good choices on the menu I decided to order the Ultimate Cajun Pasta and was not disappointed! It was definitely a tasty dinner I enjoyed very much!
I do have to point out one concern about my order! The description on the menu said “Grilled chicken, shrimp, penne…” but the dish was missing the chicken, see photo! That said I was satisfied with my dinner and will happily visit this restaurant again!
My sister ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries! She said it was a very good burger which is a big compliment coming from her to say that! I got to try some of the fries and can proclaim they were really delicious!
Please let me add this point about our excellent waiter! He was very attentive during our time there tonight and checked on us to make sure everything was going as we liked! I big thanks to Issac for being so helpful and friendly!!!

Servers were great but the food was not good. I only went because my 15 yr old wanted to go. I have eaten their several times before & their food just leaves much to be desired although if you find yourself at Chilli’s stick to the appetizers they are much better than the meals. Once again servers & staff are excellent

The food was good. Great atmosphere. Our waiter, John, was very nice and helpful. He provided great service. We loved the smokehouse combo and the triple dipper. The ribs are excellent. We will be back when we are in the area. Definitely recommend to others.

The worse Chili’s I have been to, and I have been to quite a few. We were there New Year’s Eve around 6-6:30p.m. and sat in the bar area. They were completely out of draft beer and some bottles. My ribeye was over cooked as well as my shrimp while my loaded mashed potatoes were ice cold. My fiance’s ribs were not 100%. If it doesn’t fall off or in this case wouldn’t even detach from the bone it just isn’t quality ribs. These definitely were not Our waitress only zoomed by once and brought another beer when my fiance sat his empty bottle at the edge of the table. We were never asked how our food was, or if we needed anything else. The only time the waitress came back was when I flagged her down for a box, and at that point she said “You can pay on this thing on your table.” She didn’t ask if we wanted a desert to go (I did). We are normally very big tippers, because I was one and understand that is how they make money, but instead of $25 she got $5 on an $85 bill. Not to mention I heard her talking about me, because she mentioned “she comes in here in wearing a Taylor Swift’s cardigan and a baseball hat and has a hard time…” that’s all I caught. I went to the restroom and looked around no one else was dressed like that. Take the trash talk to the back, or how about keep it to yourself.

The potato soup was delicious as always. My rice was burnt and had to be replaced and they mixed up the order for corn tortillas with regular ones. We are gluten free due to food allergies. Unfortunately my daughter ate a couple bites of it before I noticed and she did get sick. But they did try to make it right while I was there. The chicken seemed like it was a little off this time it didn’t taste as good but I’m not sure what was going on with it. The beans and new rice were good. Employees were all friendly.

Had a old fashion burger and it was one of the best hamburgers have had in a while. Service was prompt, professional and nice. It was very busy when there but no long wait for food and drinks.

Although the food and atmosphere were ok, the service really sucked. Waitress was not smiling or friendly. Dishes stayed on our table cluttering even when more entrees were brought out, the dishes stayed. Our drink cups stayed empty. 3 minutes after our entrees were given the server rushed us asking about boxes and the ticket. Never had a bad experience here but extremely disappointed this time around.

The food was delicious!! This picture doesn’t do the size of this burger justice. It’s one of the biggest burgers I’ve had anywhere. The prices aren’t too steep either, especially for what you get. Service was great as well. We plan on going back again sometime!!
