As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Good old checkers, good memories from when I lived in Florida and my dad.
Had even forgotten about the name of the combo I had until I read it again, and I had the big Buford with fries and a drink and added their amazing cinnamon apple pies.
Service was very good, Their representatives helped me with the sauces I requested, and other things, polite and friendly.
Would go back if I had it near my whereabouts.

Yesterday I ordered a Super Loaded Buford Combo, and I got anything but what I asked for. The burger didn’t have the right size beef patties, they gave me the smaller patties from the cheap promo burgers. They forgot the bacon, red onion, caramelized onion, sauces, and even the fries. I really paid for one thing and got the complete opposite.
Not to mention, I asked for a Coke and they gave me Cherry Coke!!!
Last time, I ordered three combos and when I got home, I found they only gave me two burgers. This time I checked the quantities, but of course, I didn’t open each burger to see what was inside or taste each soda. Again, when I got home… SURPRISE they messed up the order again.
Not only is the staff useless, they also yell at customers and are super rude.

I want to recognize the exceptional service provided by the manager at this location Fabiola. From the moment I drove up, the atmosphere was organized, clean, and welcoming – a clear reflection of strong leadership. The manager consistently demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for both customers and staff.
Orders were accurate, the food was fresh, and the entire operation ran smoothly even during a busy rush. What stood out most was the manager’s positive attitude and hands-on approach. They checked in with guests, supported their team, and made sure everyone had a great experience.
It’s rare to see this level of dedication in fast food, and it truly made a difference. Outstanding job – this location is lucky to have such a strong manager, and l’ll definitely be returning because of the excellent service.

My friends and I were there today (Wednesday 19th 11:40pm). We had a little problem with our order, but the manager came and understood the situation and resolved it quickly. She was very nice and respectful, I dont know her name. And the food is wonderful, like

I don’t know what happened to “checkers” but every location is ran by people who seem like they are hell bent on giving you the worst possible service. this used to be my favorite fast food franchise. now I think this is my last visit ever. the locations in Deerfield and Delray are absolutely terrible now .
* Also, 59 cents for a honey mustard?! when did that happen?
I hope they’re using all this extra dipping sauce money and sinking it into hiring new staff, preferably ones that at least act like they’re happy to be employed.

The service was great, the best I had in a while. So I had to make a review, the manager was very patient with me. I forgot to ask her name, but she was wearing a mask. I had a coupon, and it won’t go through. She helped me without rushing or getting mad. The fries were also extremely fresh and hot, but I really came for the bufford it was neatly made, hot, and fresh as well. I will definitely come back. I had stopped eating checkers because I had cold food in the past

Awful customer service! I get to the drive-thru, the lady opens the window, and walks away… does not greet me at all. I guess she was too busy talking with whoever she was on the phone with. The whole time she was on tye phone talking in creole. She comes up, gives me my food, and tells me the total. Once again, she does not smile nor greet me. Same for the other girl who was working with her. I pay for my food, and nothing after she passes my my receipt. Very unprofessional. Im not even mad that she was on the phone… but at least pay attention to your customers! Disappointing.

How does this place stay open? The staff looked like it would take all four of them to figure out how to screw the lid off a jar. The food was mediocre – at best. Spent $20.00 for barely edible crap.
