We took our family here for an early Saturday dinner last night, and the experience was outstanding—largely thanks to our server, Kara (I believe that was her name). From start to finish, her attitude was warm and welcoming, and her attention to detail was exceptional.
She checked in at just the right times, including the two-minute mark, and consistently stayed ahead of our needs. Our table was pre-bussed seamlessly, and drink refills were offered before we even had to ask. She was truly on top of everything.
If she were a bit older, I would have offered her a position with our Congress events team—we could use more hospitality professionals like her. Truly a “wow” level of service. An all-around wonderful dining experience!

Chili’s has always been a family favorite, but our recent birthday visit to this location was a mixed experience. While the service was a highlight, the food safety was concerning.
The Service: After a 10-minute wait to be greeted, we were seated with our server. He was fantastic! Attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Honestly, his great attitude is the only reason we stayed.
The Issue: We started with chips and queso, but noticed a strange, sour taste. Upon closer inspection, some of the chips appeared to have mold on them.
The Verdict: We’ve never had an issue with the Chili’s brand before, so this seems specific to this location’s kitchen management. For a $120+ meal, safety should be the bare minimum. I hope management performs a thorough quality control check so other guests don’t have this experience.

This is a place that is easy to forget its there. They have a large bar area. The place is clean and tidy even the bathrooms were clean. My waiter was helpful when ordering. The portion sizes are large. He was trying to help us not order too much food. All the food was cooked perfectly and came out quick and hot. The drinks were refilled promptly. The manager checked in after the meal. Everything was great from the time we walked into the time we left. I would give them 9 out of 10.

We were charged for items we did not order or use, and the way our issue was handled compared to another table nearby was frustrating. My partner ordered the Triple Dipper, and the wings in her portion were extremely overcooked and dried out—honestly seemed like they had been sitting out and then had sauce poured over them. She hadn’t eaten any of the wings after noticing and asked our waitress if they could be swapped for Southwest Egg Rolls instead.
The waitress said she would ask her manager and later came back saying the manager approved making Southwest Egg Rolls for her. The egg rolls were brought out, we finished our meal, paid the bill, and left. Once we got home and reviewed the receipt, we noticed we were charged almost $15 for a full order of Southwest Egg Rolls, even though we were told it was a replacement. We were also charged $3 for kiosk games, despite never playing any games or touching the kiosk other than to pay the bill.
What made this even more frustrating was that shortly after, the waitress went to the table behind us where an elderly couple was dining. She noticed the woman hadn’t eaten her mac and cheese side and immediately told her, “You should’ve told me you didn’t like it, we could’ve replaced that for you,” without asking a manager. She then went on to replace it with a free dessert on the spot. This was surprising considering we had poor-quality food, had to wait for manager approval, and still ended up being charged.
Overall, inconsistent service, questionable charges, and poor handling of a legitimate complaint. Definitely left a bad impression.

11/22 Stopped in for lunch to try the Three for Me advertised on TV. Unlimited chips and salsa. Chips came out nice and warm. Soft drink included. Got the Big QP burger. Was cooked just the way we ordered it. Both the fries and burger were nice and warm. Courteous staff. Will definitely return. Thank you.

For middle of the week quick eats Chili’s is the destination. Appetizer came out supper fast the wi is were dried out and not hot .the mozzarella was average now the southwest eggrolls were good. The service was ok going through the motions . You don’t put high expectations on this chain. I just recently started liking their menu, so I hope the service part will catch up.the the main corse smokehouse combo it was good nothing to write home about. The wife had margarita grilled chicken, along with ice tea and two beers for 90 dollars out . But I have to admit when you wife refuse to cook, chili’s does the job.

Food was fine, what I would expect from a chilis. Service was worst I have ever had. Server literally only took our order and never spoke to us after that. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks from a runner not even our server. Asked for a refill that never arrived. Server didn’t even know where the sides were on the menu. Had to repeat my order 4 times and couldn’t even take home the leftovers cause not only was my server no where to be found but no other servers were around our area. First time I’ve ever felt the need to leave no tip…..

Food was great! Service??? Bad. Took way too long to get us some water….waited almost 8 minutes for a to go bag that took me 30 seconds to grab on my own. Server with locks, dyed tips, and glasses asked for side money for a birthday song…. It was ours friends birthday 🙁 paid him cash $10 and left with no birthday song… while others around us were sung to… stole my money….1-10 would not recommend for larger parties.

I’m writing this review while still sitting here. We first asked for a different table just because the area was over crowded and we just want a booth over. The girl because ladies don’t act like that rolled her eyes and slammed our menus on a wet table and seat. We tried to ask another staff if we could get napkins to wile down the seat. She straight ignored us. As I waddled my disabled behind to the ladies to get paper towels to rewipe and disinfect the table, someone had dropped chips by the table in which our table had none. We recieved our drinks 5 minutes later. We then waited another 20 mins for another person to take our order. 15 mins later a different young man brought my salad, which at that time I asked about our chips and salsa and 8 minutes later we got them. Then another 20 minutes our food came. The BBQ sauce to my chicken strip taste like vinegar. The chicken was hard in my mom’s salad. The ice tea tasted like the bottom of the jug. So I asked for another at 6:40pm. At 7:02 the sever came back asked if we wanted to go boxes and a tea to go. I was waiting to drink it with the food I was trying finish. Chicken strip delicious, fries yummy and salad ok. I even asked if they were short staff and young man was like yeah and walked off. Let’s say this was my first time every at a Chili’s ever. Such a huge disappointment! I’m so done with Chili’s for good! Thank you no thank you! I don’t know if they going out of business because that’s what I’m getting and just like the previous review the sign is still on the stall. SMH seriously disappointed!!!!!
