Last night me and my Significant Other had a small date night after Bible Study. We dined in , the host seated us right away and the server came over to the table to the table quickly as well. He took our order and even suggested some popular selling items to us. They brought our food out in a timely manner. The food was hot and very Flavorful. The quantity was a lot as well for the price 10 stars for that . Overall we had a great experience until the end when it was time to pay we asked for the bill, the server advised us of the kiosk on the table if we were paying with a card. We took care of the bill and we stood up to put are coats on and the server came over to us and asked “what’s going on over here” and stood in front of us as he was Security. We assured him we paid the bill via the kiosk he then said “where is the tip?” We advised him we didn’t have cash but left the tip via the kiosk with the payment he then stated “ you gotta at least leave something on the table a dollar or something come on now, tell the truth and shame the devil” we stated “ AND WE JUST DID” and we explained again to him that we didn’t not have any cash on us and we preceded to leave.
The service was Great until that took place, We were very offended by his behavior, yet pleased with the service and food quality.

came here on a monday night and we got seated right away! overall the food is pretty average, we ordered a cajun pasta, triple dipper, sliders, two wicked drinks (?) and an eddys lemonade ! food took a bit to be made and i think they forgot out sliders but our server caeed i believe (might have misspelled) was very kind and took it off our bill and got us the sliders right after immediately! all the people there were super friendly and very hospitable, so i was super satisfied overall! def would come here again!

We live close to this Chili’s and order in a lot from here. This time we ate in and this rating is for our dine in experience.
Went on a Thursday night after work and they were busy. We were sat pretty quickly. Our waiter was busy but we didn’t wait long for help. My Strawberry Rita was so good with a Tajin rim. I got the mozzarella sticks and they did not disappoint! The cheese pull is crazy and were the perfect temperature. My chicken tenders were very crispy and the dipping sauces are bold and flavorful. My fries were salty and hot. I would recommend this location.

I ordered 2 of the Texas cheese fries both orders are served with ranch did not get the ranch it was supposed to come with I also ordered extra bacon extra cheese and a side of ranch as you can see this looks like a half of a order I paid $14.49 a piece not including the extra costs for the extras. I called and it was nothing they could do for me. I was told I could come there what was the point in paying over $50.00 for delivery

Was there this past weekend with my sister, her daughters and my cousin. We waited way longer than 45mins. Once the manager came in, she sat us right away, and apologized. She was pleasant and understood our complaint. Made the experience better than how it started it.

It’s Chili’s. You pretty much know what to expect. But this was a pretty nice one. Huge parking lot. Staff was top notch; everyone was super friendly with excellent customer service skills. The place was big, clean and nice. Food was very tasty, well prepared and presented. Can’t ask for much more from a chain restaurant.

I always order takeout from this location and satisfied with the service the young gentleman gives in the takeout area. On my last visit I had an extra item that I did not want on my tab because it was doubled of what I ordered. I asked for a refund got that one item (first time asking for one btw) and thought I would get one right away. Nope, I was asked to give tons of information and would receive a refund within 7 business days. I have yet to receive the refund I was promised which is so disappointing because I always have a great experience at this specific location. Always double check you order before placing it because you may not get a refund if promised.
