After many missing years of eating at chili’s we decided to go back and eat plus celebrate my dad bday. We were very surprised the food was exquisite and the pasta was wow. Kudos for the chef and also Becka our waitress and bartenders who made those amazing margaritas. Thanks to all

A great and easy to get to location off of Route 80. The staff is great. JOHN, the host, my waiter KEVIN and ALLISON the Manager, all were there to make my visit pleasurable. The food was also good and served in a good pace.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Michele, the new GM. Since she stepped in, you can truly feel the positive change in the restaurant. The atmosphere is more organized, the team seems happier and more supported, and the overall guest experience has noticeably improved. Michele leads with professionalism, kindness, and accountability, and it shows in every detail — from service to cleanliness to morale. She’s the kind of leader who jumps in to help wherever needed and genuinely cares about both her staff and her guests. Excited to see this location continue to thrive under her leadership. This location is lucky to have her!

this is a great place for large groups and family dining. The staff work together to make sure everyone got their order in a timely manner. Most importantly, my sizzling fajita was sizzling as it arrived at the table. I will definitely go back.

Visited the Chili’s in Bartonsville, PA, and had an overall great experience! Despite managing several tables, our waitress Althea was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and provided excellent recommendations.

We upgraded to the dip trio, which didn’t disappoint. The chips were warm and crispy, the salsa was flavorful, the queso was delicious, and the guacamole tasted fresh. For my main, I went with the smash burger, recommended by Althea, and wow—she nailed it! The burger was hot, juicy, and packed with flavor. The roasted street corn was just as satisfying, with great seasoning and a perfect char.

So far, so good! However, what brought the experience down from a 5-star to a 4-star was an issue with my wife’s dish. She ordered the Cajun pasta without protein, as she’s a vegetarian, but unfortunately, there were a piece of chicken in her meal. Mistakes happen, and we appreciated Althea’s genuine apology, but it’s something that could’ve been more carefully handled—thankfully, it wasn’t an allergy situation.

All in all, I’d still highly recommend this Chili’s location. The food was tasty, and the service was top-notch. Despite the hiccup, we’ll definitely be back!

Appetizers and potatoe soup were good. Sliders and chicken sandwich very tasty. The waitress was very good.

The restaurant should reconsider upgrading their decor as it’s outdated.

Came here with my wife for Veterans Day lunch and was very happy that I did. Chili’s offered a free entree and that is what I ordered. I also ordered a draft beer and a side salad. My wife ordered a Santa Fe burger with fries and a draft beer. We both enjoyed our meals and the service was great. The atmosphere was friendly. The room seemed full of veterans getting their free entree and they seemed to be enjoying the experience.
Highly recommended.

This was the worst dining out experience I have ever had! The server acted as if he was high and not good at his job. The food was not very good at all, especially for the price. The manager had to address issues at the table next to us. It was a total disaster.

REVIEW UPDATE.
ONLY HAVE RECEIVED AUTOMATED RESPONSES FROM CORPORATE AND OWNER. I BELIEVE THIS IS REASON WHY CHILE’S FRANCHISES KEPT CLOSING IN ALL DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
THEY DON’T CARE AND THEY DO NOT RESPECT PEOPLE.
THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS MODEL DOES NOT DESERVE ANY SUPPORT.
FOR THE CLARIFICATION, IT IS NOT ABOUT BURNT BREAD BY MISTAKE OR THE FRANCHISE FOOD QUALITY. IT IS ABOUT HOW MANAGEMENT HANDLED THIS ISSUE.
WE SHOULD HAVE READ OTHERS REVIEWS BEFORE WE EVEN ENTER THIS RESTAURANT.
THEY HAVE MULTIPLE NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT THEIR SERVICE.
PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUIN YOUR FAMILY NIGHT OUT.

If you’d love to eat burnt food, This is the place.
They will call this very much normal.
Refer to pictures attached.
Management claim after seeing this burnt bread, instead of apologizing their mistake and offer to replace, they said it is very normal and have no problem eating them. They can enjoy their own burnt food as much as they want but we would not. I literally asked the management more than ten times if they would agree
bread was burnt or not. They said, no, they did not admit even once.
Those managers shouldn’t be in the service industry.
All we needed was apology and replacement, but instead of that, they were so afraid to admit it was burnt and saying they would eat that and it is completely normal. I would be very surprised after seeing these pictures if anybody can disagree this wasn’t burnt bread as management was claiming it is normal to chile’s restaurant.
We have experienced other locations.I believe this is specific to this location. We always had a lot better experience with other locations.
This is why management is important.
As you can see in my track record, I do not leave bad review to a business instead, I just don’t have to go back there but this is first time ever, since they were so rude and and they were doing their bast to provoke us to get more upset to make sure we were complaining for nothing.
Once again, mistake can happen, it’s not about the food. It’s about how management handle their mistakes. I feel very bad for the owner because their management is the one who ruining their business not the brand of the franchise or the food itself unless this was how they were trained.
I firmly believe this is not how owner or chili’s wants to run their business.

I WILL FOLLOW UP ON THIS REVIEW. HOW OWNER AND FRANCHISES CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HANDLE THIS ISSUE.
