Very friendly service, quick and attentive. Good chilis location, clean. Food was out quick and correctly. It was a good experience. On a busy night can be a bit hectic but no more than 5 to 10 mins wait to get a table.

I came in for my child’s birthday dinner, and we honestly had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind and welcoming, which made the night feel really special. Yasmine especially stood out to me. Even though it was a very busy time, she never made us feel rushed or overlooked. She was patient, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure my child felt celebrated. She truly helped create an amazing birthday memory for our family, and I can’t thank her enough for that.
The food was delicious, and everything came out in a timely manner despite how busy it was. You could tell the staff was working hard to keep things running smoothly. The only small concern I had was that one of the entrée plates appeared to have some dirt on it, almost like it may have touched the floor. I know mistakes can happen, especially during busy hours, so I just wanted to mention it kindly so it can be looked into.
Overall, we had such a positive experience and left feeling happy and grateful. Thank you to Yasmine and the rest of the team for making my child’s birthday dinner so special!

Probably the worst service for an empty restaurant at 3:00 pm. Food was cold. Missing sides. Left the avocado stem in the bowl. No napkins. Staff standing around talking. You would think you were asking for a million dollars instead of an extra side plate. Uncomfortable. Angry, even. Choosing a different Chili’s next time! Bye. ✌️

Avoid ordering to go. No sense of urgency, no dedicated service for to go. Group stood there standing and chatting while bags of food sit on the counter ready to go but no assistance. Makes no sense to know lunch rush is from 12-2pm and yet no preplanning or preparedness for customers ordering during lunch. Forget about it when it comes to third party delivery. Absolutely no incentive for fast service from the staff.

I can start by saying our server was outstanding. She was very attentive and helpful. I think she knew we were aggravated. When we arrived, the young girl at the check in desk was playing on her phone. When she was told by another worker to get off of her phone, she spoke to me. I told her we would need a table for 5 adults and 2 kids. She said it would be a 15 minute wait. We agreed and she said they would text me when the table was ready. I looked around the restaurant and there were 6 to 8 tables empty, one of them.being a table with 10 settings at it. After we waited 55 minutes, the girl that was on her phone again said our table was ready. Guess what? It was the table with 10 settings at it that had been empty for the whole 55 minute wait. I think she needs a new job. Thats insanity to make us wait that long when tables were vacant. Horrible experience.

My husband, kids and I decided to come here for dinner on 4/3. We could see that they were busy but we did not have to wait for a table.
Our server Jody was amazing. He took our order quick and made sure we did not need for anything.
I got the 3 for me because I love the chicken crispers ( hate that they don’t come with the corn anymore but i just purchased it separately). The kids got cheeseburger meals and my husband got the ribs.
It was a good way to spend our Thursday evening.

I’ve been waiting for them to open up for dine in for some time. I called ahead to make sure they were open.
My kids and I arrived around 1:30pm, it wasn’t busy so we got a table fast. Our waitress was nice and so was the trainee she had with her. The service was fast.
I had to come for the honey chipotle chicken crispers, French fries and corn on the cob. My daughter got the chicken tenders and fries and my son the sliders and fries.
The food was good so much so the kids didn’t have any leftovers. I’m so glad that they are open for dine in again.

I’ve been coming to this location for several years and it is always a positive experience. Our server, Matt was fantastic! The food arrived to our table quickly and cooked to perfection. The entire staff worked together beautifully to ensure we were taken care of! Excellent job all around. We’ll definitely be back. A great variety of menu items for all different dietary needs. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. We had reservations for 7:30 we were here by 7:15 and they sat a party at our table so we had to wait and hour to be seated for them to bring us cold wrong food. Sat at the bar and received horrible service. She acted like she didn’t wanna be bothered with anybody. She gave me a glass of wine that she had already poured for somebody else because they left and went to a table. I thought that was unacceptable but I kept my mouth shut. She took the money off the bar and didn’t say thank you. No eye contact, no checking in, didn’t ask how my uncle wanted his burger so it was very pink inside and he doesn’t do pink. He’s a veteran and we had just stopped for him to get his free meal. I had already ate so we sat at the bar. I was a waitress for many many years, I get it. It Was probably a busy day and giving out free meals to people, however don’t act like people don’t have money to spend. I make a VERY good living. She looked very irritated like she didn’t wanna be there. To be shitty to people on Veterans Day is insane. You work for a company that that’s giving out free meals deal with it. The hostess was extremely nice though!
