Great! For what this place is, it was amazing! The food is consistent and the wait staff is very friendly. As you would expect with a chain restaurant, the food comes out very quick and you get a good amount of food for the price! Ambiance is okay. There is a huge parking lot which is amazing! And the president margs are absolutely the way to go! Best bang!

Went here for a date! I grew up eating Chillis but it was my first time at this location. The food and the service was amazing! The mozzarella sticks are my absolute favorite ano taste soo good! The fajitas are always very tasty and filling. Our server was very nice and attentive.
My only cons were; I do hate how they don’t take reservations in advance. Instead, you can call in to be added to the que but if there’s a 30 minute wait then you have to be there within that 30 minutes or you’ll lose your spot.

Quesadilla with no chicken so little chicken in it. They don’t give you chips and salsa anymore want to sell it to you for $5.95 play surely looks like his failing. The service staff was so nice and kind but the food is just missing content and his lousy for the price.

I went to this chillis with a freind for uer birthday and the service was amazing. We ordered a triple dipper chips / salsa / and gauc and it was delicious! We each ordered an entree and a dessert and the total was $95. Not bad for a total! We ordered the cookie skillet and I always thought it was called the pizookie! It was a lot smaller than expected but delicious. They sang happy birthday to our freind and it was overall a really nice expeirence!

The place is nice. The staff was incredible and kind. While their menu has changed drastically since I was here last(about 3 years ago), their food is still good! I personally prefered the old chicken nachos but their bacon Nachos were still really yummy. Would recommend for family nights out, though weekends could be very busy depending on holiday proximity. Keep up the great work!

This is our favorite Chili’s! It’s the only Chili’s we prefer going to because it’s that good! Not everything will be perfect everytime especially during a freakishly high influx of people but it sure dang nears it! We have been going here for years since we moved to Long Island (about 7 years ago), and been coming here a lot more since Chili’s revamped their entire menu and how things are run as a company. This place in particular has exploded with constant customers since the new changes (post pandemic time), and they keep refreshing their menu with new things every couple of months, which is awesome! That new monthly marg is a hit and my wife loves getting them, especially when it comes with special stirrers or straws of which she loves to collect.
Now let’s talk about the food. Its sooo dang good! Ever since they revamped the menu the food has gotten even better! I’m pretty sure they changed a lot of how they used to cook because it’s chefs kiss now! Their new speciality drinks that they keep changing up (sometimes seasonal) have also been a great. Even the chips and salsa, a staple of Chili’s, is even better! Plus the food comes out super freakin fast and it’s still cooked right! It’s insane honestly. I just hope that someday their loaded street corn will come back. It was an absolute fav of mine that I always got!
Moving onto the service, it’s top notch! I can’t fully explain to you how good the servers are, you just have to experience it for yourself. This place has a ton of servers working here. They are all really friendly from start to finish. They keep checking on you and ask how everything is going every few minutes. I really want to make a special shout out to the best server, Maria! She has been there since we started going to this Chili’s. She is absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly and treats you like family. She makes sure your food comes out how you want it all the time, and if there is an issue she gets it fixed right away. Sometimes you don’t even have to say anything, when she spots an error in the food as it comes out, she gets it fixed immediately! And when it comes to drink refills, she can spot an empty cup from across the room and has a new one ordered up before you even have the thought of asking for more! Give this woman a raise please, we beg of you! (Or at least a massive end of the year bonus).
Overall, this Chili’s is the best and you won’t regret it! Since its a poppin place, just remember that there might be a wait on Friday & Saturday around dinner time but it goes pretty fast, especially to seat 2-4 people. My family loves to eat here. Very reasonable for a family of 4! Our waitress Maria was so friendly. She even talked my husband into getting dessert, which he almost never gets! Definitely a staple in our dinner rotation!

I visited this Chili’s recently after an exhausting day, and I was very pleased to see how clean the tables and restaurant was, but even more surprising to me was the friendliness and attentiveness of my tables waitress Maria. My experience there was very enjoyable and it was a highlight of my day. I have not seen such an attentive waitress or waiter in years, and that was a really nice thing to see. I would definitely recommend this location.

I wanted to eat dinner and wanted to spend some good time On New Year’s Day. I went to the Chili’s location With a buddy of mine. We had the Triple Dipper appetizer and it was delicious. Our server, she was a nice person. But I do want to give out some details of my experience, eating there for my first time. The service in terms of responding time , Was a slow process But to be honest, it was a busy night last night And I can understand that It takes maybe an extra five minute To get to the table that the waitress served. My friend’s Mac & cheese that came with our entrée was not much cheesy but more liquidity. It was more dripping than melted cheese, and I didn’t like how it looked. Also, the chicken crisper was under seasoned. As for my entrée, I ordered the full rack ribs And I love the barbecue sauce and the taste of the ribs, however, As I was eating more of the ribs; I started to notice that the ribs that I had was untrimmed and Has some white fat in it.. I only finished just about 2/3 Of that But there are some pieces within the ribs that as I mentioned the fat and I couldn’t finished it. What a shame because I do love ribs.
Hopefully, the next time, if I do come back there, it’ll be a more pleasant when it comes to the food and more up to speed with the service. It wasn’t a horrible Experience But it wasn’t most pleasant. I’ll give it a try again one day soon.
