just left this place and i never leave a bad review but the server was just so petty for her messing up OUR order, staff was low so i tried to let them know “hey i was js gona pay and i see that you charged us for a extra item” but no one was there. like the server could’ve took accountability and say sorry or ok ill take it off, but then she tryna tell me i ordered it when i didn’t . pls dont try to gaslight me . i go here alot and never had a problem.. she gave us little to go drinks when they come bigger . she didn’t even check up on us once after she gave us our food. 4/10

Had dinner with my kids and we really enjoyed the yummy food. The service was quick and the food portion was superb for each of us. Definitely a cool place to hang out with family!

So my friend and I have gone to Chili’s several times within the last few months including recently on July 16th. The Hostesses have been the worst part of our visits. When they sit us in the back of the restaurant or at a small table and we ask to be seated somewhere else, they automatically catch an attitude! This was not the first time that this has happened. Thank God that our waiter (Inman) was amazing!! No one wants to start their outing with an employee with an attitude. The other thing that I will mention is that I hate sitting at booths. Ppl don’t seem to be able to stay still while eating!! I swear I thought I was on a roller-coaster. The bumping and moving from the two different ppl that sat on the other side of my booth seat was so annoying and disturbing!!

Absolutely love this Chili’s in Edison — hands down the best one we’ve ever been to! My boyfriend and I are regulars here and always end up getting the Triple Dipper (our go-to). We don’t know our server’s name, but he’s always on point with the service — friendly, fast, and gets everything right. The vibes are always great, food comes out hot and fresh, and we seriously can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommend!

Ordered a burger. First one comes out with mustard on it. Didn’t ask for mustard and it’s well done. Asked for medium rare with Swiss and nothing else. Sent it back. 2nd one comes out again well done and heavily charred. Un eatable. Sent it back. 3rd comes out again well done. Gave up and spoke to two managers. They thought it was normal to just remove the burger from the tab and charge for the soup and iced tea. Are you really serious. I said if I knew you can’t make a burger I wouldn’t have eaten the soup or drink the fin tea. No apologies ever from any manager. I mentioned we would never be back and the bearded manager just said okay

went late at night and our server was great and attentive. You could tell the crew doesn’t mind working there. Food came out great and drinks were good as well! Restrooms could use a bit of love but i understand since iit was end of the day

Food was absolutely delicious as always. My group loved the lava cake and chicken. However, our server Amanda was very rude when we were trying to split our bill. She stood right aboves us and watched as we were paying. Then randomly came up to us and took our tablet and came back with a new one. We assumed it was technical issue and thought nothing of it but as reached 30 dollars on our bill, she snatched the tablet from the girls hand and asked how we were paying the rest. We told her one girl was gonna pay 12 dollars and then there was 17 dollars left as we order drinks and dessert. We informed the server amada that we would like to split the bill as she had the tablet in her hand and she respond aggressively, “Absolutely not, if you do have enough money to come and eat at Chili’s then don’t come. Right now I am paying for your food as you have only tipped me 0.23 cents..” She then went on to say, “if this is the way you guys are paying, I can revokes service so the next time you come here they won’t serve.” We were upset by the way she was talking to us but we respectfully told her that we understood and were planning to pay cash tip at the end as there were multiple of us. She was still upset and slammed the tablet and said,” I don’t even know why these children are here.” In the ends we payed 20 dollar cash tip and 7 dollars through card. But Just overall very unhappy with the attitude and words that the server told us and just disappointed that this employee would threaten to revoke service when they have not done anything wrong. I truely love chilles food but will not be come back to this location due to high disrespect from Amanda.
