We were at Six Flags on a Saturday evening and wanted to go to a Chili’s. I found the Hamilton location on Google as we’re not locals to the area. At 6pm we were given a 30 minute estimate but it was probably only 20 minutes and the waitlist app is a great way to track your progress. In fact they took us with 3 parties ahead so that was a nice surprise. We tried the new queso which was perfectly fine although we still like the skillet queso. Our server Amanda was very friendly and helpful. Chips and drinks were refilled as needed and the food came in good time and everyone liked their meals. We tried the peanut butter pie for dessert and that was a hit too. Lastly, paying on the Ziosk device should be what every restaurant offers. It handle my Rewards and discounts and calculates the tip for me! Would definitely Come back again!

I like wings as only flats. No drums. If a restaurant cannot guarantee flats only, then I will get something else. My server said he could guarantee it, so I went ahead and ordered 8 wings, all flats. But then I was told by a kind manager that no, they had run out of flats that morning and in fact only had drums.
Ron the manager was wonderful. He comped the wings, recommended a new order off the menu, and made himself 100% available to my sister and I for the rest of our meal. Thank you, Ron, and thank you Chili’s for great service, kindness, and flavor. I loved my replacement of chicken crispers and appreciate all the close attention.

I went with my family and tried to see how long the wait was. I was told I would receive a text message and it would take under 20 mins. I received the text as I was getting my children out of the car. Dragged everyone in within 2 mins of text. I saw another group being escorted to seats. I said I just got a text, they knew my name and everything. But was presented with a girl hostess saying it’s wrong, another hostess came up to her and said whoops as if they had messed up the seating. She then said I have to wait 15 mins more. I asked why she thought that was fair now that I lugged my kids in and gave me a snobby reply like the system messed up by sending me a text that the table was ready. I replied to her saying its a lie as I just saw her seating someone else that was after me. All the hostess just looked at me as if I was wrong for even asking why it wasnt fair. Rather than waste my time telling her why she is wrong and waiting in front her for her mistake, I decided to leave after this-as the hostesses looked at me. I won’t use my money at a place that just doesnt honor thier own schedule and fixes the issue they created. I couldnt think of a worse way to leave a bad taste in someone’s opinion of this location other than receiving bad food. Lieing straight to my face.
