Usually I have a great experience when I come here. Last night the server did advise us that they were closing earlier due to the holiday. We had about a half hour. We ordered drinks and then when the server came back we asked for fries. We checked back in with the server because we still have not received the fries. He said he would check on it shortly after another person brought the fries over.When the fries arrived it was on a saucer plate. I’m also quite certain it was not the full serving. We asked the guy is this real he laughed. It was pretty ridiculous to charge full price for something where you did not get a full serving of.

Genuinely great service, we came in an hour before they closed as a group of 16 people and we got amazing service and they were very accommodating and helpful!! They didn’t get a single order wrong and their food was very delicious. 10/10 would recommend to everyone in the area (even people visiting CT) it’s the bomb #chilis

Always a good time at chilis, Ali always provides great service and is always helpful. Drinks refilled and doesn’t even need to be told, always checking in every 5-10 minutes or so. Just an all in all great server. Me and my friends love coming here to see her, thanks Ali!

Best Chili’s experience I’ve ever had. They were super busy but able to accommodate a one top in the lounge. Food came out quick! The chicken was hot and crispy and the lettuce was so fresh with field greens not just plain lettuce like most places. They cut the tomatoes in their house salad which I love way better than a couple grape tomatoes. My server, Nathan, was so kind and attentive. He made me feel very welcome and the manager, Melissa did a table touch… which I’ve never experienced at Chili’s before! A++!

I had a great experience at Chili’s. The food was really good, came out hot, and tasted fresh. Everything we ordered was flavorful and filling, and we were very happy with the meal. Our waitress, Mio, was so amazing and made the experience even better. She was super friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us often and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Overall, between the good food and Mio’s excellent service, it was a really enjoyable visit. I would definitely come back and recommend Chili’s, especially if you get Mio as your waitress!

Went to this location last night and sat at the bar to mix things up from a booth. Let me tell you, these managers know who to hire. The bartender/server Mike, was immediately helpful, kind, and attentive. He’s an amazing worker, and just adds to the list of great workers here. I also want to shout out another server, I think her name is Alyssa or Ally, something like that. Great attitude and very positive vibes are had everytime I see her, even if she ain’t my server! I will definitely keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to East Haven Chilis for YEARS and have had Sarah Connelly taking care of me often. I even request her! She’s super friendly, always treats me like we’ve known each other for years. She knows what I get every time, bringing me over a cup of ranch for my chips & salsa before I even ask 🙂 The staff is always super friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Food is delicious every time!
