Just ate here tonight, and our food was great but our server DAndre was absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. He had an amazing attitude not just with us but with all the customers around us. He made our experience even better and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back to this location! 🙂

Went to Chili’s and honestly it delivered. I got the Triple Dipper, quesadillas, and margaritas and everything hit exactly how it was supposed to. The Triple Dipper was so good, crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing (or not ). The quesadillas were solid, comforting, and exactly what I wanted.
The margaritas leaned on the sweeter side, but still really good and easy to drink. No complaints there.
Shoutout to our server too. Super kind, patient, and genuinely helpful with recommendations, which always makes the experience better. Overall just a really enjoyable, satisfying meal.

Stopped by Chili’s yesterday afternoon and had such a great experience! Our server, Matthew, was genuinely friendly and made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always — love their mozzarella sticks, my crispy chicken sandwich hit the spot, and my daughter’s chicken bacon quesadilla is always a winner. The manager, Bill, and his entire team were so kind and attentive. We truly appreciate that level of customer service…. it feels like a long-lost art these days. As me and my girlfriend walked in, we were immediately greeted with such a sweet man who went out of his way to open the door for us, The chips and salsa was per usual amazing it had the perfect crunch and the salsa was great. The buffalo wings were spot on just like how it usually is. It was the first time me and my girlfriend tried the lemon pepper and we surprisingly enjoyed it. The salad was fresh but one thing I could say is the Caesar wasn’t the best. I ordered The Big Smasher, ingredients were fresh and burger was medium well just how I like it.

I ordered my food over the phone. Spoke with someone who took my order, they read and confirmed my order with me. 20 minutes pass and I got a text that my food was ready, I went inside and they said they did not have my order in the system. We showed the message saying that it was ready and the manager rudely said “well it’s clearly not here, is it.” She then walks away and we are waiting for about 5 more minutes for someone else to come take our order. I put the order and specifically asked for no cheese, no mayo, no type of dairy on my sliders as I cannot eat it. I wait for another 10-15 minutes for my food. I receive a message and go to grab my food. I proceed to check my food and there is cheese on my sliders. I go back inside, frustrated but I am respectful and tell them the issue and what happened prior. No one apologizes for the inconvenience while ordering takeout, just takes my food back to get fixed. I then wait 10 more minutes. I am dissatisfied with my experience and lack of professionalism within this establishment.
