Great food never had birria or grilled tacos before and it’s bussin i like the chili cheese fries but I like all green chili but it’s not NM it’s Colorado lol but I love it recommend it to anyone Agua Fresca are bomb!!

The food here is absolutely phenomenal! Every dish we tried was delicious and full of flavor. However, the customer service left much to be desired. The young lady at the front desk displayed a lack of basic courtesy; when I asked if the chili was hot, she responded, ‘I don’t know, I didn’t try it,’ with no effort to find out or help. Throughout the ordering process, she was dismissive and had a rude demeanor, which took away from an otherwise great experience. The food is outstanding, but the service could really use improvement.

Not the best taste – bland or overly seasoned
Customer service was ok, but you could tell it’s a young person who has other priorities when there. The sewage smell is horrible!
Paid for kids meals and drinks were NOT given to us and we don’t live around the block
We ordered drinks and some were not provided, had to go back and they said o ya, here you go, but kids drinks weren’t given to us.

We picked up lunch here on our road trip out of Denver/Vegas! It was so good surprisingly, based on the food options around it and the area. I was pleasantly pleased the food had so much flavor, a good portion size, food served hot, and bit spicy The two gals at the front help us pick what we wanted and were kind & patient with us! We got the steak tacos and chili loaded fries, so good! It’s not healthy food really, but it is hearty and fulfilling!

First off the restaurant looks very clean and bright. Guy behind registered has a little dry attitude like he’s in a hurry to get back to his phone. Ordered the food and was out in about 15 mins. Checked food there because of other reviews, but it all looked extremely moist and fresh the tacos fogged up my lens lol. Came home and let me tell you the birria taco/chili fries plate is so delicious. Loaded with juicy meat and the consume is Fire!!!. Chili cheese fries with chicharrones is very cheesey and the chicharrones are delicious. The bean burrito with cheese is the gooiest deliciousness burrito I had in a minute. Good work chili shack a step up to chubbys!!!!
EDIT***** 10/05/2024 has big sign on window drive thru, go to drive through voice box has taped sign that says, “out of order”. Drive to window wait nobody comes to window. Go to drive out and the trash door was open blocking drive way, Amazon worker helped me by closing it for me. Had to go inside with healing broken foot smh, and as I’m leaning on the middle wall I looked down and saw this they need better trash cans yuk

Yeah this was a no for me. I don’t know what cheese they use, but they should stop. It’s like American cheese slices or something that looks artificial. I asked for extra chili on my fries and I received my fries with nothing but mainly this strange cheese and the fries just weren’t good so I tossed them. This was our first time at this location. We went through the drive-thru and the service was fine. The guy taking our order was friendly. We ordered some crunchy tacos and some burritos with chili and cheese. The tacos were almost empty and had so little cheese you had to search for it. I lifted one of the tacos and there was a long hair under it (photos attached). I threw the tacos away. As for the burritos they were bean only, no cheese and no chili even though we ordered them “special”. I saw another review with a hair in their food. Some advice to this establishment…HAIRNETS! We will not be back.

Walked in on both guys watching tv, place was a mess. Was not greeted at all. Cashier coughed all over the register and didn’t even cover his mouth. The whole entire place smelled like sewer… very awkward when the cashier just stands there and looks at you, doesn’t say a word… I really thought this was going to be a good place food looked good. But really was not. Darn
