This is by far the best Mexican restaurant around. It’s very reminiscent of Chi-chi’s flavor, but this is a small family owned business. The owner walks around greeting the tables, any such a right jolly fellow. They have big, fat, puffy, soft, sopapillas made from fry bread, Homemade tamales, and HUGE portions. The ancho ranch dressing is to lay down on the floor and die for.
You’re a fool if you skip over this place.

Valentines dinner was a little lacking this year wish we had made reservations at another establishment. While David our server was excellent the food was a little lacking. Flavor was great but for a $20 meal you’d think you’d get just a little more than 1 piece of steak and 2 shrimp in a single taco. Rice was bland but the beans were nice. Pictured below my other taco with 1 shrimp and 2 piece of steak. Could have had a whole 8oz of steak for the price other places.

I stopped here for lunch with my husband on a Saturday. There was no wait and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The menus are so pretty! We were greeted with fresh chips and salsa to munch on while we chose what we wanted to eat. We did get some queso as well. I ordered the chicken fajitas and my husband ordered a beef burrito. Everything was delicious! The portion sizes are huge so we had to take food home for leftovers. Lastly, our waitress was very cheerful and friendly!
My only critique is that the sweet tea wasn’t very sweet and was kinda bland.

I liked the tater tot nachos. They have VERY good queso. The enchiladas are not super exciting. My husband LOVES their shrimp with churrizo. The kids meals are HUGE!! They don’t have apple juice, but they do have milk. I think that people visiting from the SouthWest will really like this place. I would send people unless they have a very delicate stomach. They are not afraid of spice here. The servers are very nice! Thank you!!!

First time visitors – we had traveled to Santa Fe this past summer and fell in love with the food! When we returned to OH, I searched for New Mexico cuisine and found Chili Verde. It is fantastic!! Cozy, with quiet Christmas music. Menu is extensive – it was difficult to choose! I settled on the blue corn stacked enchilada and a tamale from the mix and match section. Hubby had a bowl – so many options for add-ins! Salsa is fresh and chunky with great flavor. Food was amazing and we took home half of our plates. Service was spot on! Highly recommend this gem!!

Great customer service from entrance. You can pick where you would like to be seated. The chips were nice and the salsa is fresh and delicious. The owner came and spoke with us and was very pleasant. I will recommend the fajita burrito and the chicken quesadillas, as well as the big ground beef burrito. Oh, and the margaritas are delicious too! I hope I didn’t miss any thing. Hats off to the chef!

My go to spot when I lived in Westerville. Now, we drive 3 hours to get our fix every once in a while. The Anasazi BBQ sauce alone makes it worth the drive, it is amazing. Everything we have ever ordered is great but the Anasazi BBQ Toasted Quesadilla is the star of the show.

We were so impressed with this restaurant! Our daughter has celiac disease and they were super accommodating, giving her special GF chips and suggesting the soft corn taco vs hard because the fryer is not dedicated. They even looked up info online to see if the root beer float was gluten free!! (It was.) That’s so over and above! The food was sooo delicious and plentiful, so have lots of leftovers too. What a great lunch!

This is a must try restaurant!! Once you try it, you will come back again, and again!! This is some of the freshest, best quality food I’ve had in our city. The taco salad I ordered was enormous! Three people could have shared it! The steak was amazing! I added the pineapple salsa and, wow, yum. The fresh salsa for tortillas is one of the best I’ve ever had! On top of that the restaurant was beautiful! Warm and welcoming, with Latin charm!

Got takeout and it was great. I appreciated sauce on the side for the Chimichanga so it wouldn’t get soggy. The queso is also great!
