I’m not saying “don’t order from this place.” But you should be aware of what may happen if something goes wrong with your order.
I ordered pizza and a chicken dinner through the Slice app. I live about 10–12 minutes away, and the food arrived quickly, so it was not a long delivery issue.
The problems:
Chicken: Extremely overcooked and dry. The skin was hard and would not separate from the meat, leaving tough, chewy white meat. It was not edible.
Coleslaw: Had a clearly sour, foul taste, indicating it was spoiled.
Pizza: Advertised as thin crust, but the dough was quite thick and very hard. The toppings and sauce separated from the crust, and the bottom crust was difficult to bite through.
Because I couldn’t eat the chicken, the coleslaw, or the pizza crust, I contacted Slice, provided photos, and requested a refund. I was not trying to scam or exaggerate — I simply couldn’t eat the food and had to order something else.
Slice contacted the restaurant, but the restaurant denied any fault, stating the food was prepared “as intended.” Because of that, a full refund was initially denied.
At that point, I physically returned to the restaurant with the uneaten food as evidence — the chicken, spoiled coleslaw, and pizza crust. The person at the counter looked at the food, smelled the coleslaw (but refused to taste it), and said the chicken was “cooked” and the pizza was “how they make it.” After some discussion, they agreed to refund only the chicken, and only “this one time,” while still denying any issue with the pizza or coleslaw. There was no apology or acknowledgment despite the food being returned uneaten.
The food quality was bad, but what stood out more was the complete refusal to take responsibility. Even when food is returned in person and clearly uneaten, this restaurant does not appear willing to acknowledge mistakes or properly resolve issues.
Order at your own discretion, but be aware: if something is wrong with your food, getting a fair resolution may be very difficult.

Ordered a small sausage and peperoni pizza, thin crust.
It was ok, cooked well. The pizza is average with a good amount of ingredients.
Small restaurant and open late . Paid $1800 for 2 toppings.

Never in my 54 years have I thrown away a whole pizza until I ordered from this place. I know that people in my area don’t know what good food is but this place takes the cake. First it arrived with half the cheese slide over and they told me I had to take a picture and drive to them to show it as proof when I could have sent a pic thru the phone. Second I ordered their meat pizza and the bacon had that old taste that ANYONE would know just by smelling it and it took over the taste of the whole pizza. I won’t get into the cardboard crust. How this place has a 4.7 rating is beyond me but it is the WORST pizza I have EVER had….

I had good experiences with their pizza; generally speaking, the pizza is good. Yesterday, I ordered other things to try:
Chicken Wings: Dry and old, it seemed like they were refried.
Ribs: A 5 out of 10. The BBQ sauce was very bad, and the ribs left a lot to be desired.
Fried Calamari: I ate them because I was hungry, but they seemed old and like chewing gum.
French Fries: Normal, a 5 out of 10.
I won’t be ordering from here again.

I use to order from them for years. Not any longer. For one to pick up the phone not till after 10 minutes past opening time. For two just to tell me stuffed pizza is the only option. For THREE to have me wait almost two hours. I used a coupon and that still made it worse. The pizza was cold( thin freebie) the stuffed was spilled to one side. I want the delivery guy to give back my tip. What happened? U guys used to great. This will be read & I am expecting a courtesy call.

Highly rated on Google Maps, I was eager to try this spot. I ordered the chicken BBQ with green pepper and pineapple. Strange mix, you say? Indeed! Nevertheless, it was heavy on the onion, the BBQ sauce was a bit messy, the thin crust was not so thin, and they didn’t let me know when it was ready, so I picked it up probably 10 minutes late.
