The hotel was nice and cozy. It was clean and well maintained, which is one of the most important things we look for in a hotel. Our beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The hotel is easily accessible from the subway and there is tons to do within walking distance. The area was safe and we enjoyed our stay.
They would have had a five star rating, but their WiFi didn’t work and their service was lacking. We tried resetting our phones, using WiFi at different times, but we could never get it to load any websites or look up any information. We overheard other people complaining to the front desk about it so others were having the same issue. Also, we arrived earlier than anticipated so we asked if we could check in early. We were told we were out on a waiting list and we waited a long time in the lobby. We went to ask for an update and to see how long it might take and the next person said that there is no way that’s happening and that we can’t check in early. We asked if there was anywhere to keep our bags so we didn’t have to wait for several hours in the lobby and they did have a secure location to store our bags. It would have been nice to have just been told that we couldn’t check in from the beginning and that we could store our stuff in their secure location.

Literally anytime I eat there. It’s delicious not only that I literally got a DoorDash ask for extra sauce there is no issue plus they gave me chips and salsa on the side without me even ordering them 10 out of 10 experience. I love y’all.

Really disappointed with this place, troy has limited food options and was hoping for something decent visiting this place. Wife and I came here years ago and didnt have a super great experience, so we decided to come back and give it one more shot. Unfortunately, we didnt get far . We walked in on and afternoon with 3 cars in the parking lot so we were happy knowing they weren’t too busy so we’d get good service. Immediately we were overwhelmed by the gross smell of stale cigarette smoke. And we questioned if we should even stay , but we decided to try it. Yet we stood at the front waiting for a waiter seeing 3 casually walking and talking to each other while not even acknowledging our existence. After 15 minutes of standing there with our anxious toddler we decided to go elsewhere.
If you want Mexican out this way id suggest trying Don julios in troy or Winfield, or go ahead and make the short trip to wentzville for chimis , chimis has never disappointed!

This take out order was given to me in tightly tied bags so it would have been difficult to check to see if everything was included so I trusted the restaurant to get it right. . When I got home none of the sides were included. This time is the second time the order was screwed up and I’m not ever going back to this poor excuse for a restaurant.

Always good food here to scratch my Mexican cuisine itch. Even better with good company! They’re a little steep, but friendly staff and great service makes it easy to overlook. Love the decor, the bathroom sink is my favorite touch. ¡Muy muy bien!

What a treat to find a Mexican restraunt that has some good Mexican food. We were about to give up. I had the steak chimichanga and Todd had the para chihuahua which was a fajita with every kind of meat. Both were delicious. Especially loved the friend ice cream and jalapeño margarita. We came right at closing and Luis our server was still very good.
