This place was good. Some nice food, especially with the limited choices in escalante. I had the birria tacos and chips with guac. The tacos were good, the salsas spicy and the consume was nice and hot and brothy. The chips were especially good, I thought. Fat strips of fried tortilla, Fresh guac with chunks of onion tomato and avocado. The area was okay. I mean it’s in a parking lot but the people serving were nice and friendly and that’s what matters. If you’re a tourist in Escalante I’d recommend this place for some good authentic Mexican food.

We stopped here based on reviews here and we were not disappointed. After spending the day at Capitol Reef and snacking on the way, we were not too hungry and opted to split small dishes instead. We had fish taco, shrimp taco and grilled chicken street taco. They were so fresh and delicious, the flavors were right on. We finished them in no time highly recommended this authentic Mexican place!

This place is a perfect stop with freshly made food and friendly people. We stopped and got two chicken tacos and two Quesabirria tacos. They were generously stuffed with meat and the consommé is delicious! Don’t miss the homemade chips – fresh-made so they come out hot and perfectly salted with homemade salsa. Definitely recommend this little place if you’re driving through the area!

My family and I stopped here after a hike on our way to Moab and I can’t say enough good things about this taco truck! Everything we tried was amazing, from their shrimp tacos, carne asada fries, tostadas, and quesadillas.
The shrimp tacos are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice and a fresh squeeze of lime — you can tell they use quality ingredients. The carne asada fries are the ultimate comfort food: loaded with tender, flavorful steak, gooey melted cheese, and all the right toppings. And their quesadillas? Golden, cheesy perfection with that perfect crisp on the outside and a melty, flavorful filling inside. My youngest could stop saying how good it was.
Not only is the food top-notch, but the service was friendly and fast. You can taste the care they put into every order. I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area I know I’ll be back!

Food truck with some amazing recipes. The food is nice and fresh promptly served and with the biggest smiles. The owner and staff are very attentive and take great care of your food and its preparation. The order comes out perfectly prepared, hot and delicious. We stopped by after a visit to the petrified forest park up the road. We are glad we came and will be back soon. We had the fish tacos which are not breaded and they use Cod fish with a delicious sauce on top. The carne asada burrito was huge and filled from top to bottom with meat. I highly recommend this location.

The Mexican beef burrito I ordered tasted really average.
There was too much bean sauce, the beef was very small, there were very few vegetables, the sauce was not tasty enough, the burrito was not hot, and it was completely inconsistent with the price.

I’m hooked on the carne asada burrito!! So much meat and flavor and huge!!! If you like hot sauce, we sure to ask for the hot one! My husband loves the quesabirria. Be sure to check them out on your stay in Escalante!
