First time getting an Italian hoagie from here and it was delicious! The meats were flavorful, the veggies fresh and the roll was crispy outside and soft inside. Worth every penny! The workers were also very friendly. Highly recommend!

I guess I’m the sole unlucky customer of chick’s deli. I came here based on a number of recommendations, of all the places I could’ve gone to in the Philly area for an Italian hoagie. When I got to where I was going just an hour after purchasing it, the bun was so soggy It was actually wet. I could’ve rung it out. It was totally inedible. Take a look at the photos. The cheese was absolute mush. And check out the lettuce -what was it soaked in a water bath? Everyone loves this place but I will never ever give it another chance. I threw a $16 hoagie in the trash.
EDIT: Owner responded telling me to come back for a five star experience. Are you kidding? Come back and take another chance at wasting $16? That’s lousy customer service. He would have done better not responding. It was INEDIBLE! Fire the “valued team member” who made it and take care of your quality control!

I was on an adventure in South Jersey with my kid when we visited Cherry Hill. Before we left, I had a brilliant idea: to research the best cheesesteak in South Jersey. Chick’s Deli consistently ranked super-high on all of the various lists that we found, so we decided to give it a try.
As we drove, we missed the turn for the small street it’s on twice due to traffic and honking drivers. But on the third attempt, we finally managed to park and enter the restaurant.
We were greeted by a friendly staff and were immediately impressed by the variety of sandwiches they offered. We decided to try a few different ones to see what we liked best.
We ordered regular Philly cheese, Philly cheese with mushrooms, and pork with broccoli raabe. Each sandwich was delicious, and everyone loved all of them. The Philly cheese was melted and gooey, the mushrooms added a touch of earthy flavor, and the pork with broccoli raabe was a hearty and satisfying option.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at Chick’s Deli. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We highly recommend Chick’s Deli to anyone looking for a great place to eat in South Jersey.

Best cheesesteaks in town. My personal favorite is the Chicken and Broccoli Rabe! Amazing!!!!! Whenever friends are in town they alway want to go there over any place in Philly. Staff is nice. Its off the beaten path so it’s a little hard to find. The atmosphere isn’t anything great. Its literally is a hole in the wall but you won’t care when your eating that sandwich. If you don’t like the seating, then take it to go.

Friends and I came by for hoagies and were not disappointed. Get the roast pork special with brocolini if you can! Was so good i forgot to take a picture of it.

Do not go here 22 dollars for 1 cheese steak and a bottled soda absolutely not go to H&h deli 11 dollars for the size I got I paid 14 for this cheesesteak and gingerale and they pack thier sandwhiches and they offer half for 6 dollars

I ordered the cheesesteak, and let me tell you, those awards on the wall are not for show! The meat was cooked perfectly, served in a sesame seeded roll. The sandwich was filling and left me satiated. I definitely recommend ordering yourself a cheesesteak as your introduction to this deli!

We saw this place on Instagram and drove an hr to check it out, the breakfast sandwiches were as delicious as they looked!! While there we opted to try the chicken cheese steak as well.

Taylor ham, bacon, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll – absolutely perfect. Thicker pieces of Taylor ham (places both sides of the roll so no matter what side you took a bite, you tasted the Deliciousness of the sandwich). White American cheese (as it should!!) and eggs were the perfect amount
