5 star as airport food. Ordered their shrimp tacos and the BBQ burger. Both tasted great and way more fresh than I expected of airport food. The servers were friendly and kitchen was fast. As someone who unfortunately eats a lot of airport food, I am pleased with the food and service they offer here.

They bring you your fries 30 minutes before your bland burger comes out. So weird. Not great food or service, or common sense. When you order a burger and fries generally they come out at the same time and are hot.

Ate at two different locations and they can not get an order correct nor put condiments on their sandwiches. Sandwiches does not have the same flavor if not put on during preparation. It the juices and cheeses mixed with the mayo or other condiments that you like that makes the sandwich.

Good service and food but very disappointing that the bartenders have no control over what plays on the TVs. We specifically came here to watch football as there were multiple games happening when we were there and instead 90% of the TVs are showing a blank screen.

Chickie and Petes Terminal E on Monday PM around 6pm. Young gal/ cashier was absolutely terrible. I kid you not, 5 times interrupted me while I was making my order to talk to co workers. First about no moving a sign, others to keep their conversation going. It was anout closing time and another gal was there grabbing food for herself and shufing the orders before the last 2 people had their orders fulfilled. Manager/ Bald Whitw guy with the South Philly accent was comes of rude and apparently has no control over his staff. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Terrible service! I ordered an apple cider and midway through my drink an ant fell into it. When I bought this to the attention of the guy serving me, he paid no attention to it. I never said that I am not paying for the drink, yet that was the only thing he cared about.

Not the best service. Our server brought our appetizer about 20 minutes after we received our actual food we ordered. She did have time, however to laugh with the other customers that she knew and favored. Bad experience. We didn’t even get napkins.

Great food to get just when you need something to eat before your flight. Loved the lobster roll!

Food was average, service was mediocre. Took 30 minutes to get a burger, might have taken longer if I hadn’t reminded them that I was waiting for one. Had to head over to the bar to pay my tab because the server ignored the card I had out for 15+ minutes. It wasn’t busy, either. Overall just not a super great spot, especially at the airport when you expect the servers to be mindful of their customers’ time. And this is coming from someone who worked as a server at a bar for 5+ years.
