Amazing customer service from the manager. He was very polite and professional. He went over and beyond. The food is amazingly hot and fresh. And, they definitely give you your money’s worth. My salad was $8.99. It comes in a deep dish aluminum pan topped with a bed of iceberg lettuce, fried popcorn chicken, mini croutons, thinly sliced red & yellow bell peppers, sliced white onions, banana peppers, green olives, slice cucumbers, tomatoes (I told them no ) w/ Italian dressing. Chicken is really good. .. fries too! However, it is located in the bus station… lots of bus riders. I got hustled 2X for money and then for a meal. If you’re not comfortable with not engaging with folks or they’re hustling, then this is not for you. I didn’t feel unsafe but some definitely would.

This is lowkey the best fried chicken I’ve had in years. A well hidden gem! YES! This is in the transit center, across from Spectrum. Google led me here, now I will never forget. Trust the process. The fried chicken was fresh, crispy, hot, and well seasoned. The mac & cheese side is ample and really very good. Served in a clean kitchen and storefront, workers practiced sanitation, and cashier packing orders sanitized his hands between work. I’ve walked past this 1000x.
