First time eating here and the food was great! The staff had some difficulty with our order. They brought it out and it was wrong, so they took it back. It took about 10 min after that to get our food back. It’s a really cute place and we would go back to try different types of salad.

This is the best non-homemade chicken salad I’ve ever had! It is fresh and has homemade texture. There are a lot of different recipes to choose from. I had the Cranberry Kelli and my husband had the Jalapeño Holly and we both loved our choices. We will definitely be back

Just opened. Nice little Southern Charm restaurant making it’s way into Monument. The Sandwich was really good along with the pickle and the Loaded Potato soup. It should make it with their Friendly and Professional staff. 3rd location for this Franchise.

I am always on the lookout for new food places in the Tri-Lakes area, and this is definitely different. Chicken salad is not what I first think of when planning to eat out, but I thought I’d give it a try. I was actually across the street getting Papa Murphy’s Pizza and asked the people there if they’d been, and they had the same reaction – “do I want to go out for chicken salad”?

First, the dining room is adorable with lots of tables and booths with proper table cloths and flowers. It’s bright and not too jammed together. The menu is initially a bit intimidating. You pick the way you want your chicken salad – bowls or sandwich, then pick from 14 varieties of chicken salad. Since it was my first time, I thought I’d stick to the basic – Classic Carol. There are descriptions for each, and some sounded more intresting than others.

The cheerful young woman who took my order was paired with another who delivered the food and also helped with anything in the dining room.

So – how was it? Just OK. Actually, I would have given the Google food rating a 3.7 or so if I could. It’s hard to elevate something as simple as chicken salad above shredded chicken and mayo. The croissant was a bit old, Walmart sells better. The chicken itself was tender and the mayo creamy and fresh. It needed a bit of salt and pepper. Frankly, if I am cooking chicken, I am not making it into a salad.

Value – with a small handful of potato chips and a small soda my total with tax was $12.86. It felt pretty pricey for what I got, but honestly not a bad overall experience in this day and age. The dining room was almost all people over 60 or 70 and pretty empty for much time, but maybe they are building their base.

In checking the web site, I was surprised to find that they have a LOT of locations mostly south and east. (200?) Will I go back? Probably. I’d like to try some of the other flavors, but this is not going to replace my favorite pizza or burger places for regular eating out.

I love Chicken Salad Chick, so when I saw there was one opening minutes from my house I was SO excited! This location is great, staff was super friendly, my order was ready quickly even though they were really busy. The pricing is similar to say, Panera, but the food is wayyy better. Always fresh and delicious. My go-to is The Chick, it’s the perfect amount for lunch and you get a cookie with it. I highly recommend their soups as well.

We have eaten at other CSC’s in the area-this was our 1st time at the Monument location. The food was great as always (the Buffalo Barclay is my fav)-I like that you can get your chicken salad as a scoop or a sandwich. The grape salad is my favorite side. The service was great and a young woman came by several times to see if we needed anything. The decor is cute-good atmosphere! We are happy that we now have a CSC near us!

The food seems simple at first glance, but oh, the choices! …all wonderful. You just can’t beat chicken salad in any form, and they have a diversity of ’em! The decor is cute, but not overly so. (I’m a grumpy old man. Sorry.) We stumbled on this chain in Raliegh, NC, came home and found it in Colorado Springs, and now, it’s just down the road in Monument!
We love this place! Highly recommended. Reasonably priced. The broccoli salad with bacon on it is out of this world!

Came in on day 3 of their opening. The food was delicious!
We enjoyed Olivia’s Old South, the classic, fruity fran, the egg salad and pimento. All were savory and flavorful. The croissant was also fresh.
Isabella checked in on us and was very kind and attentive.
We will be back!
P.S. with the mailer coupon our total was less than 16$… you cannot beat that for quality and taste!

Was my first time visiting a Chicken salad Chick. The manager Joe helped me and was very nice and didn’t mind taking time to explain the ingredients and everything which I know is probably annoying. Was willing to give me samples. Overall great experience. I wish I would have gotten something more exciting than the classic Carol, but it was good nonetheless and I’ll definitely be back.
