We are from Michigan so we don’t have a Chicken Salad Chick and our first impression of it was incredible. The ladies operating the registers were so so sweet specifically the one in the black cardigan! She’s such a gem!

This is a family go to at least 3-4 times a month, but the last two visits my favorite has been horrible. The Barbie-q tastes like mayo and shredded chicken without any hint of seasonings or taste. Disappointing to live 20 miles plus away to come home to eat a meal that isn’t up to par. I will have to rethink the choice of meal next time around. On the plus side the grape salad is wonderful as always.

I never knew that there were different ways to prepare chicken salad. Obviously, there is, and this place did an excellent job of it. I can honestly say I didn’t expect much, just the same old same old chicken salad, but I was wrong. It’s delicious!!!! From the Barbi-q, lemon-basil, Olivia’s, and the Jalapeno Holly (there are more flavors), it’s like a smorgasbord of yum!!! I left with one of each of these flavors of chicken salad, as they sell the chicken salad to-go in either small or large containers. Plus, the sandwiches are the best!
You have several choices of bread for your chicken salad sandwich, or you can get a scoop of it for a salad. Truly eating the chicken salad with the crackers that they provide is a taste bud treat, as well.
The cake and cookies? Yes, please!!!
The main thing about this place is that the staff are very helpful and want you to like what you decide to order. If you are unsure, they offer a sample to assist you in choosing. Eric? and another lady that worked there was extremely helpful and kind.
Take a chance and go see what deliciousness awaits.
Clean place and bathrooms. Just a nice, cozy, happy place to eat.

I had such a great experience at Chicken Salad Chick! The service was top-notch—they let me try different salads before committing, which was super helpful. We ended up going with the Jalapeño Holly, the Cranberry Kelli as a melt, and the Olivia’s Old South. We couldn’t resist taking home some of their spicy pimento cheese too—it’s that good!
The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick bite. While they offer a drive-thru, I highly recommend going inside to chat with the lovely staff. They really make the experience special!

I want to like this place so much that I have been 4 times in the last year but unfortunately 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been, my order has been wrong. I’m only writing this because of the consistency of the issue. Twice I was given a different chicken salad than what I had ordered and didn’t know till I was home. Partially my fault for not checking better. The third time they completely left out an entire part of the order and so one of my family members didn’t get to eat their food. Again, I should have checked better I guess.
On a positive note, the food is always delicious despite not receiving what was ordered. I’m pretty easy to please but 3 of 4 orders being wrong is either really rotten luck, or there is a problem.

My Wife brought me in for the first time and we were welcomed in immediately by multiple staff. I went with the traditional salad on a croissant. We maybe waited 2 minutes for our food, it came out really fast. The food was amazing!!! I was even asked if I had enough. Never had that happen before. They will definitely be seeing me more often!

If you like chicken salad you shouldn’t be disappointed. The restaurant is casual , relaxed and well maintained. And clean! Service was helpful and polite. The fruit cop was excellent. The restaurant should be on your list of casual dining destinations. Plus, you’ll get a free cookie! (no milk, just a sweet tasty cookie)
