Went in to Chicken Salad Chick for lunch today. I was driving around and it caught my eye. When I walked through the door I was greeted the restaurant was clean and inviting. During my visit I spoke to the cashier, Kitchen Staff and Manager everyone was very nice.
I ordered a Turkey Club With Broccoli Salad and some White Chocolate Cake. Everything was good the Lettuce wasn’t browning nor soggy. The BROCCOLI Salad! Was good been a while since someone made it correctly loved the baca on added in I’ve actually never had it like that.
I give this experience a 10/10 and I will be back again

I had an excellent lunch. I personally prefer to have a sandwich which is what I got. Next time I’ll have the fruit instead of the mac&cheese as it was tasty but too much for me.

Shift manager, Kimberlin and employee Ava provided excellent service! Ava was knowledgeable about the menu, very patient while we ordered, and the food was outstanding! The tables and the bathroom were clean! This was my first time eating here, and I will definitely be back very, very soon. Top notch service and food. Great gluten free options!!!

I’m really glad to see Chicken Salad Chick back in Edmond! I was disappointed when the previous location closed—especially since it had a drive-thru—but I’ve already visited the new one several times and love having it close by. I usually get the Small Cranberry Kelli, and the team is always friendly and eager to help.
However, during my visit today, things seemed a bit off. My order took longer than usual, and I noticed there was only one person visible in the kitchen preparing food. They appeared confused and seemed unsure about my order.
When I got home, I found the outside of the container was completely messy—covered in chicken salad from top to bottom. I had to clean it off before putting it in the fridge. Then, when I finally opened it, I realized it wasn’t even the right order. It had jalapeños in it, which I do like, but it wasn’t what I asked for.
I appreciate this location and the team overall, but today’s experience felt careless. I hope it was just an off day and not the norm going forward.

I visit all the time my go to flavors are jalapeno holly, sassy, & now Maui mama I was hurt where they closed the first one down and turned it into a Dave’s hot chicken but was extremely happy to see another but yesterday the whole store vibe was not it I came in about 3 as I was walking in I over heard 3 employees talk about how they wouldn’t be able to pay there bills one said she wasn’t paid her right pay and would be able to get back pay another stated she wasn’t scheduled as a young cried about staying out of trouble I do not know those employees at all but I do know every time I’ve come in I’ve seen two of the three one of the female(dark skin) and the taller man (long hair) the other one haven’t seen as much but if anyone from the company could kindly contact them to I will gladly employee all of them and you’ve lost me and my business
