I have eaten at this restaurant and had their catering service multiple times. While the service and staff have always been great, the food could be better. The chicken salad could use more flavoring. I expected some salt, pepper, celery seed, etc. but unfortunately all I get is mayo, chicken, and the other additions to the salad like fruit and nuts. The chicken and dumplings are too watery as I expect a thicker broth on mine. It isn’t horrible and I eat here if others choose it but I’d rather go somewhere else, if I have a choice.

Good location. Got extra tomatoes and cucumbers like I usually do in my salad. They really gave me EXTRA. Not mad at all. Glad this place is here for when I’m visiting the area.

I had a great time at Chicken Salad Chick. I ordered one scoop of the Sassy Scotty chicken, which has ranch, bacon cheddar cheese. It was very good. The Mac and cheese was amazing, and the cookie was the cherry on top! 10/10!

I always get the “Fancy Nancy”. My name is Nancy. Lol…. it is really good on the croissant. The mac n cheese and fruit bowl are also good. I have never visited the inside but the outside looks very inviting. The drive thru attendants are always friendly.
