We went through the drive through. The guy taking my order was nice and patient with me. I did ask questions because it was our first time there. The wait was not long. The food tasted good. The presentation of the food was nice. We chose the croissant bread. There was not enough chicken salad on the bread. There should be more for the price you’re paying for the sandwich. The loaded potato soup was fabulous. I probably won’t be back. It’s a bit pricey. We didnt get drinks. We ordered 2 sandwhiches with a side for each sandwich. Our total was $20.87. And like I said, you don’t get much chicken salad on the bread. The little cookie for dessert was good as well. (It came with the meal, I didn’t ask for it)

Y’all! This place is slamming! 1st time at a Chicken Salad Chick and it won’t be my last! Soooo good! I shared my Turkey Provolone sandwich on a croissant with my babe. She shared her chicken salad. Both were fantastic!!! The macaroni and cheese is soooo good! I could have ate just that! (Must get) Everyone that worked there was super friendly. They even included a delicious cookie and pickle spear in each of our meals. Sampled various chicken salad blends. (All you got to do is ask to sample) A great healthier alternative to all the fast food chains! Will return again soon but this time to my local Lafayette location.

When I was visiting Alexandria I drove by this location and was intrigued. A chicken salad place next to another chicken restaurant – I had to try something new. We drove up to the location 40 minutes before they were supposed to be closing, and even though they could see us at the door, they ignored us. I was determined to try this place out so we went around to the drive-thru. Two of us ordered plates with 3 scoops each – both different. They were out of ice tea and didn’t offer us anything else but we got a fountain drink. When we got back to our room to look at our meals, we had absolutely no idea which meal was which – it just looked like a bunch of white globes. Some type of identification would have been a huge help. Interesting concept, but not well executed. I love Chicken salad, but it will be awhile before I’m craving it again, especially after this experience. Staff attitudes and store hours need a lot of work.

My first time to eat here and I am impressed. Beautiful, well done interior that is clean and neat as a pin. Fast friendly service and awesome food. I now have a new place to sit and enjoy a healthy meal. I was getting so tired of the other fast food places. BTW…the packaged iced cookie is a nice touch. You want something wholesome and different….give this place a try.

Food was good, service was awful ! Asked cashier if they had sweet tea because that’s what we ordered and there was none by the soft drink machine. She walked right past us, ignored us and acted as if she heard nothing. When we had ordered our food, she rudely told us the side of the room we wanted to sit on was closed. But the next person behind us that ordered was able to sit where we originally were. The whole time we ordered, fixed our drinks and had issue’s with the cashier the manager and another employee sat at a table eating. They heard us complaining and watched the whole thing and nothing was done or said. Like I said food was good but service made the experience awful and I will not drive 2 hours to eat here again.

Foods decent. Went through the drive through and waited what seemed like 30 minutes for my food(with one car in front of me). Ordered a large egg salad that I’ve ordered a few times before. Once I got to the window I waited another 5 minutes. When they handed me my egg salad I took it and told her that it wasn’t a large as I’ve ordered multiple times before. The girl at the window said that it was a large and then closed the window in my face. I will not be back.
