Moving reviews over from a different platform. This was originally published 3/13/19. I’ve been back once or twice since then. Somehow, this place never gets mentioned when we talk about where to grab a quick bite.
I am probably somewhere between 3 and 4 stars but based on the family’s reaction to chicken salad, food production and order accuracy issues I decided to round down. Both times I’ve visited the order has been either incomplete or inaccurate. The most recent time I was served one piece of toasted bread and one piece of untoasted bread.
Somehow, my first visit (by myself) was better than the second visit with the wife. Both time I ordered the same thing – soup & half-sandwich combo. Both times I received a full sandwich and an explanation. More than what you order is always better than less but it still shows issues.
The first visit I thought the chicken: mayo ratio was right. On the second visit it was out of balance which makes me wonder (as does the half-toast issue) about accuracy and consistency. I found the flavor a bit more bold on the first visit as well but that’s probably due to the imbalance between chicken & mayo on the second visit.
When I get a hankering for chicken salad I will likely try these folks out again. Short of that craving I am unlikely to add them to the rotation.

This was our first time in. I do not normally like chicken salad. I had had a sandwich at a volunteer lunch and enjoyed it, so decided to try it first hand. Our family enjoyed the experience and will be back.

When I found out my go to place for chicken salad no longer sells said chicken salad, I did what all desperate hungry people do, I asked a great local face book group! The response was overwhelming Chicken Salad Chick. I decided to make the 20 min drive and find out what all the rave was about!
First, the location in the Valley has a drive through, extra points there. I went inside, however, I will definitely use the drive through next time!
The restaurant was clean and was a lot larger than I thought it would be, with plenty of seating, plus a small patio out front.
There were so many options to choose from! We got a small container of Fruity Fran and a small Classic Carol, a container of mini croissants, which were fresh and pre-sliced, a bag of chips and a chocolate crispy bar.
Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to go back and try more varieties, along with the potato soup that was highlyrecommended!!
Oh btw we ate the leftovers with the crackers they gave us at 1am after a concert, and it was probably one of the best things I’ve ate all week

I ordered the Chick and said to make it a trio and ordered one side and the. Said but I want to make it a trio which the girl replied yes I have your side as the soup…. So when I got to the window I asked if it was the trio and she said yes you have the sandwich and the soup, I said ok but I wanted the third side…. She said it will be $2.75 more I said ok. When I got home the first bite was either a piece of paper or a really long tendon and the chicken salad was way runnier than the other times I have ordered it. I also was looking forward to my pickle spear but it was super soft and grimy. Needless to say I probably won’t go back.

A very pleasant counter order cafe with good ambiance. Lots of natural light and a pleasing color scheme makes for an inviting setting. The salad was fresh, and I’m no connoisseur of chicken salad by any stretch, but it was tasty. Love the croissant! Also a drive-through for those on the go.

Hands down my favorite new fast food (cafeteria style) joint. The service was friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and large portions, and the atmosphere was very upbeat but relaxing and clean at the same time. Definitely will be back for more amazing chicken salad.

I normally would give 5 stars but for some reason I did not receive their natural lemonade June 21 I ordered over door dash and sometimes just go for the lemonade but this time it was definitely not their natural lemonade one it tasted like dishwater and had no pulp so probably fountain lemonade which is gross. other than that their food is so good and normally everything is fine.

Last night 10/24 I came to get food before our concert. I ordered fruity Fran and they gave me fancy Nancy which is not good as I am highly allergic to pecans. It sent me into anaphylactic shock and had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance and missed the concert which I drove 4 hours for.
