Not like other locations. Unfortunately, staff could really care less about customer service. Many items are “out.” If this was my first time eating at a Chicken Salad Chick, I would not be back. Don’t tip, cause there isn’t any table service.

In my opinion it’s a bit confusing how order…wasn’t sure if chicken salad came on bread or plain. You can either get it on a croissant or on a bed of lettuce.
We tried the Sassy Scotty, Fancy Nancy, Olivia’s Old South all on croissants. You can add lettuce & tomatoes at no charge.
Each sandwich was $7.19 (not a meal, just sandwich!)
The Fancy Nancy is chicken salad with grapes, apples & pecans. There wasn’t any apples or pecans & maybe two grapes, so that was disappointing!
Otherwise everything was fresh. Portion amount of chicken salad alittle light.

I was really disappointed in this restaurant because it is supposed to be southern food inspired. I am originally for the southern states so I was excited about the restaurant. The chicken salad was nothing to write home about and the presentation was poor. The chicken salad was in a container as if it was store bought and not homemade as promised on the slogan. The price is expensive compared to the taste and the fact that they measure the chicken salad out with a very small scooper. There was a man very sick sitting at the table across from us using the wifi. He was literally laying on the table coughing and sneezing. When the man left the table was not cleaned, the man only has a drink. Another family with children was sat at the table. I don’t mind paying the price for food but I don’t want to be over charged for food that I can get at a gas station. The chicken salad is nothing compared to southern style chicken salad.

So many variety of chicken salad – I was overwhelmed. I chose the Fancy Nancy and Olivia’s South in croissant. Loaded potato soup was delicious . The Mac n cheese was not great. Lemonade was great! Overall Service was slow and busy for a weekend.

Cool spot for lunch. They have a variety of chicken salad that taste good and it’s reasonably priced. It cost about $10 for a meal. The lemonades are really good as well. Overall I’d go back if I’m in the area.

I ordered 2 small chicken salads the same flavor
I am at work and there’s 2 people eating.
The store manager of the keystone location decided because they were out of small of my flavor that he would give 1 large unit stating that it’s the same thing. The problem is i’m at work and we don’t have plates bowls etc to share a large meal and no we will not eat out of the same bowl. When i called the manager he said there’s nothing that he can do about and that i needed to get a refund from doordash. Not a doordash issue it’s the store managers issue. Mind you I paid $18.18 for 2 small orders and 1 large order is $16.89
All the manager kept telling me is again there’s nothing i can do for you
As a manager you should say I apologize what can i do for you to make it right

The croissant was super soft and flaky, very nice. The classic scoop, cookie, and pasta salad were fine but nothing thrilling. The lemon basil scoop was unique and tasty but probably could have used some more texture. Fresh brewed watermelon tea was insanely sweet but i could appreciate it. Service was nice and prompt, the price was a bit steep at 20$ for lunch for one without gratuity. Decor is best described as country grandmother’s kitchen. Since it’s a chain I’d definitely consider revisiting and trying another flavor if nearby but wouldn’t go out of my way for the experience again.

Highly recommend trying the Buffalo Barclay and Jalapeño Holly chicken salad scoops at this spot! Best option is to try “The Chick” – selecting a sandwich and side! It comes with a buttercream cookie.
