This is unbelievable!! Paid $65 to get a messed up order raw food and charged for hot sauce. I ordered a monster burrito with no lettuce and extra onions inside….i get a cold burrito with lettuce and grilled onions on the side. I ordered 2 enchilada burritos with guac inside…I get to enchilada burritos with guac on the side and no rice or beans. I order 5 steak tacos..1 tacos barely has any meat on it.. then I find a raw piece of meat in my order! WTH!! Some serious training needs to happen here! Unacceptable

Use to go on a weekly basis, and I thought service and food use to be really good. Over the last couple months it’s really gone downhill food wise, but I think the customer service cemented my last trip. I made an order that included a shredded chicken burrito a few weeks ago, and the girl at the counter even confirmed my order once I got there. I got home and it was a grilled chicken and steak burrito. I don’t really eat meat that much, but every time I get their veggie burrito it’s disappointing, shredded chicken is my next option, so for there to be also be steak, I knew I wasn’t going to eat it. I called and all she offered was to check in and tell the chef that it was wrong…. I don’t know what that was suppose to do for me, but I wasn’t offered a refund, and was not offered a correct burrito ( least that they could’ve been done). Business’ should really care more about their customers now a days because I still got a refund through my bank ( and I could have gotten the whole refund back, but decided to only deduct half). Overall was disappointed with how everything was so treated so nonchalant , and probably won’t be eating at this location for a while.

This is a covid 19 take out review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. All of these California Taco Shops are consistently great. I had some rolled tacos, loved everything about them, the chicken, the crispy shell, the house sauce. I also had three Tacos supreme, one carnitas, one AL Pastor, one shredded chicken. All really tasty with their own unique flavor. The girl behind the counter was pleasure to deal with. On a scale of 1-10 this is a 9.1.

I don’t know how this place is 4 start anything I got steak quesidilla.12$ tax included The tortilla wrap for It was tough had to bite hard and chew aggressively theres barely any steak mostly cheese and a dab of lettuce tomatoes sour cream was wild I didn’t expect it to be so blah and 3 pieces is wild but lesson learned I’d rather just stick to Thayer st is the only Cali tacos I would ever go to again at bajas all the other places like these do half ssa jobs like this and steal your money smh

The steak meat always has hard grissle in it trash and the place is always cold when you walk in not cozy at all I feel bad for worker’s the cook must be drunk in back if he can’t tell the meat isn’t perfect

I’ve found short curly hair in my child’s food , they’ve forgotten half my order , and today they sold my daughter 3 tacos with under cooked meat when she complained they said that’s how they come . I’m still waiting on the owner to call me . But I’m definitely calling the health department
