I eat here once a week and I am never bored or disappointed. As a huge fan of chicken salad, this place is absolutely heavenly. The flavor choices always make me stumble when ordering because I can’t make up my mind about what I want. All in all, whatever you choose will be phenomenal! Oh! The pimento cheese with jalapeño!!!!! Geez… the perfectly toasted croissant and melted provolone cheese, soooooo goooodddddd!!!!

I was greeted by a very nice woman at the counter that seemed to be genuinely enthusiastic about the quality of my visit. I ordered the Kickin’ Kay Lynne, BLT style with a fruit cup as my side. I was also told about the Chicken Salad Chick app, which I did download, to earn points toward rewards/food at future visits. That’s a plus. The same woman’s enthusiasm continued as she brought my order to the table where I was seated. Her positive attitude actually made me feel happy to be there and added to the enjoyment of my visit. I wish I had only captured her name, because she deserves some extra recognition. She was a light skinned, possibly black, woman with short black hair underneath a hat. She also wore glasses. She was great. My food was excellent. The fruit was fresh and sweet as could be. I drove all the way from Alexander City, AL to get my meal and it was all I’d hoped for and more. I ended up ordering a large to-go container of the Sassy Scotty to make my trip all the more worth it. I highly recommend this restaraunt to any and everyone searching for a unique twist on the ol’ chicken salad sandwich. Two thumbs way up

Terrible!!!! Sandwich wasn’t made as requested. Restaurant had a fowel smell. Cashier had no clue what she was doing. Employees didn’t seem to care about any of the customers and tables were dirty

Love going here with my daughter. It is fun to tell her that eating at CSC makes me question my manliness. This place has some seriously good food and I would 10,000 times rather eat here than any Hardee joint (which, judging from the commercials must be the manliest restaurant ever). CSC offers a lot of options and the portions are huge. Staff was very kind, actually fun, and very professional. A place with sincere southern hospitality.

Hands-down chicken salad chick is the best chicken salad you’ll ever have they have five or six different varieties they have wonderful soup and my favorite is the broccoli salad I normally get the fancy Nancy but the chicken salad with the grapes and apples is also very good
