Let me say I’m not a huge chicken salad person but this was definitely a great impression on me. The person at the counter was super helpful and friendly and gave me great recommendations on what to order. I not a fan of celery and unfortunately their base chicken salad that is the main ingredient has celery in it. I had the buffalo sandwich and couldn’t taste any celery and quite enjoyed the meal. I can see why people are such big fans of the franchise and the food!

First time here. Mgr gave us a sample and answered all questions. We got 4 different chicken salads. All were delicious!! Red velvet cake was the bomb! Loved our sides of grape salad and broccoli salad too! Got our foot to go and all packaged perfectly! We will return!

Broccoli side note dressing…blah! Dixie Chixk used to have onions in it…now just powder…blah! Only thing good was the cookie. Crackers are even tasteless?! Seriously go elsewhere!

First time visit to a chicken salad chick location. Overall it was better than I was expecting. The inside of the restaurant was clean and inviting, there was plenty of staff in the store the day we visited and we enjoyed our food overall. I was expecting the lemon chicken salad to be brighter and more lemony but it was still good. The bill was $40 including sales tax for three people.
