It’s pretty sad we ALWAYS have to check the food to make sure it’s not burnt and make sure it’s correct. When we order the fried pickles, this is what we get most the time. Not often do I actually get a full “family” size and it cooked right. The one time I send my husband to get food, he didn’t check the box. Sadly, I wish he would have because we would have made them redo it. This store is disappointing quality wise. The service at the window has never been an issue! They are always nice and helpful. But I hate that we paid almost $6 for this. I was looking forward to the pickles, but sad to say it fell short. The box was mostly empty and barely had any pickles that were edible, they were dried up completely and broke when you touched them. I’m honestly tired of not getting what we pay for. We do try to make sure to speak up when things aren’t right, but this is just happening too often to wanna go back. Please do better.

Great service is very friendly, but the chicken tenders were so bland. No flavor at all. There is no flavor for the gravy as well. The tenders were room temperature, not fresh at all. The mini poppers were the best items served.

I was so disappointed. It was supposed to be me treating myself to catfish but it was overcooked, dry, and gross. I didnt even eat most of it. Even the mashed potatoes were bad. I’m not sure what happened that day but I’m certainly not craving that anymore.

Made an order online, got to store, and a nice lady said, “It’s not ready yet.” I’ve been waiting for 50 minutes. The point of an online order is to start it when you get the order, that way people aren’t waiting around in your lobby. Do better Chicken Express.

I come here pretty often, but after today I’m not sure I’ll ever be back!!! The management is disappointing and lazy. Whilst I’ve been coming here, I’ve learned the blonde girl is the manager and her name is Holly.
I went inside to get food for my family. It took about 20 minutes, maybe more, and for all those 20 minutes not a single person was boxing orders. I could see a girl in the drive thru, and the nice girl who took my order at the front, and in the back, far from the food, was Holly and another girl. They were probably talking the entire time I was waiting on my food and more, and did not once come to check any of the orders. The only reason why I got my food at all was because, again, after 20 or 25 minutes, the girl who was in the drive thru came over, I’m assuming because she noticed these girls just chitchatting and not working for such a long time, and made all the orders for the dining and drive thru. She was switching between making boxes of food for the customers and taking orders, and still during all that time, nobody bothered to come do so much as help. Thanks a lot to the drive thru girl, and no thanks at all to the manager Holly and whoever her friend was in the back. I don’t really know what her job is, since she was just talking my entire time here. This is not how a restaurant should be run! Why do the managers sit around while the lower employees do all the work?

First I want to say the person at the front counter was great. Unfortunately, the people in the back I cannot say the same about. I ordered my food online at 12:57 arrived at 1:10 because they texted me and told me it was ready. I checked in with the lady at the front counter and she went to the back and said they were still working on it. Which is crazy because I only ordered a four piece tender combo. But I told her thank you and took a seat and then at 1:28 My order finally came out after the seven people that were in line behind me had already gotten their food. Apparently, at this location, if you order online, they don’t give a damn about your order and will make every single order for the dine in before they work on yours. I checked my order before I left and they forgot all the condiments I asked for so I had to go back to the counter again, My fries and corn nuggets were cold…. Over a 30 minute wait time for cold food is pretty unacceptable… This was my first time going to chicken express in about five years, and I will not be going back probably for another five.

This location needs to be shut down. Bunch of little kids that don’t know what work ethic is. Sat in line waiting for food for 15 min, got home to old chicken and fries. Guess the corn nuggets took 15 min to cook

The food itself is fine. Standard fast food. The drive through is consistently fairly slow, though maybe some of that’s just how busy they are at any given time.

The bigger problem is that they don’t always pay attention to your order. Or they just ignore it to move the line along faster. If I order 25 regular chicken strips, I don’t expect to get a mixture of regular and spicy. While I just find it annoying, my 6 year old just won’t eat any of it. That results in a lot of wasted food and money.

I placed an online order for later pickup and received a text for picked up between 8:05 pm – 8:10 pm. It’s 8:40 pm and I still don’t have our order. Four cars have came and received their before us. The young lady excuses the girl at the
window did tell them I was at window and the guy didn’t drop the livers. No more Chicken Express for this household.
