Went here recently for a casual meal and overall it was a pretty solid experience. The chicken was cooked well, crispy on the outside and still juicy inside, which I always look for. Portions felt fair for the price, and the menu had enough options to keep everyone happy without being overwhelming. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Staff was polite and didn’t rush us, which I appreciated. Service took a little time since it was busy, but nothing unreasonable. It’s the kind of spot you’d come back to when you want dependable chicken and a laid-back atmosphere.

I don’t even have enough words to express how GREAT customer service goes a long way. I came into Chicken Salad Chick today and I don’t know how sometimes people can read you but Taylor did! I was having a rough and tiresome day and Taylor approached me with the sweetest words and it was exactly what I needed in my day. Taylor’s great customer service to me changed how I felt about my WHOLE day. The food was a bonus! I will never forget you and the fuel you gave me today by being SO kind!!!! Thank you! Customer went out the door with our and returned with it. The cashier said here’s your order and we told their we wanted it replaced with fresh food since customer took ours out the door. Well they placed grape salad and pasta salad all in the same bowl together. Very bad service

I went to this location around 5-6pm on 11/04. The lady at the register immediately seemed inconvenienced and annoyed by my presence. Giving no greeting even after I greeted her, smug expression, short worded replies, etc. I get people have bad days but it’s no excuse to be rude. The food however was good.

I got five different chicken salads on croissants. But I didn’t want chicken salad and couldn’t get a Turkey club by itself you have to pay 9.99 for a combo. So I went without. Why won’t you just sell a Turkey club sandwich?? Some booths are tattered. Looks like a solid 95 on health score. I ended up stopping at Arbys to get a Turkey Ranch and bacon sandwich.

I’ve had Fancy Nancy twice within the past month from this location. I’ve had CSC many times. Fancy Nancy is generally my go-to order because I love the grapes. The first time I had it from here, I felt that there was minimal fruit. Thought it was a fluke. I ordered it again today and there were ZERO grapes in the chicken salad and the croissant was stale. Disappointed that it didn’t meet my expectations based on previous Chicken Salad Chick experiences at other locations
8 months later – Here is an update. Against my better judgement, I went yet again and ordered a Fancy Nancy sandwich. One lonely piece of apple and zero grapes. I don’t anticipate going back to this location.

Visited on July 11, 2025. Took quite a while to place my order. Only 3 ahead of me. Cashier wasn’t friendly. Ordered classic carol on a croissant and mac & cheese. The croissant was stale. Tried the red velvet cake. It was very dry!!! I honestly got shocked!! Got stomach ache afterwards. Just wasn’t a good meal.

Pro: I absolutely love eating here, always get extra to take home with me, it’s my very favorite place to eat.
Con: Chose CSC for Mother’s Day. We knew we needed to get there early to get some, because you know they don’t EVER make enough to even last for the whole day…EVER!!! Got there about 2:30-3 and this sign was on the door, “Chicken Salad Has Sold Out Due To Mother’s Day Demand”
Imagine working yourself up for days to get what you love for your Mother’s Day meal, only to find out they didn’t even make extra, to TRY and cover Mother’s Day meals, let alone to last til closing. I wonder, do they not get sales sheets to judge how much to make the next day? Or during peak times, or what sales are to increase their product for demand? Because just for once, I’d love to go here to eat, confident that I will be able to get my favorite food and not walk in to signs that they are out. Maybe more training on how to increase production per sales. Or better yet, why not make more when it’s close to running out so everyone gets some, not just noon rush!?!? Please!!
