In September I was in Edmonds for a few days, and I went to the Channel Marker twice. Both times the staff were pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed. The food came quickly and was very good. The night I stopped for supper, the place was packed, and they were having “trivia night”, and all the patrons appeared to be having a great time. I enjoyed watching everyone enjoy their food and the trivia game they were all playing. It is about halfway between the Amtrak station that I arrived in town on and the hotel that I stayed at, so very convenient! Thank you for making my time there fun.

I cannot recommend the Tuesday night tacos enough every night of the week. There’s something delicious that you have to try here, but I got a chance to visit tonight. I had a soft beef taco with a side of sour cream and salsa.

It’s a full bar and they were having trivia night so you can partake in the fund and there’s plenty of TVs to watch sports. The service was great and very quick.

The food tasted like the ingredients was fresh and delicious and I had a blast while I was there I’m definitely coming back but I recommend you stop in if you don’t like soft tacos?

Try the crunchy tacos take a look at the menu because they got a lot of great stuff to try.

My first visit after friends telling i should try it. Extensive menu, many beer taps, clean, friendly and the food was very good when we got it. My friend had the chicken fried steak and i had the seafood combo. Both were very good.

It’s a great place to grab a beer right next to the best Western. It’s literally a two minute walk.

If you’ve ever seen “Shaun of the Dead”, you’ll understand me when I say- it’s what I think of when I picture our local version of the Winchester.

You get all walks of life and no pomp and circus. The drinks are stiff- the food is reliably the same every time. If you want to socialize, people will talk to you. If you want to be left alone, people will leave you to it!

If you’ve had a rough go and you need to take that out on the bartender by telling him his eggs aren’t to your par that day- you might hear some choice words back.

Usually sports are playing on tv but music is too and it’s a great place too. If you’re a bit introverted and like the idea of being around other people but without the pressure that comes along with that- this is your place too!

They have a ton of pull tab options and a pool table.

I really love their chicken fried steaks!! Biggest around. They will cook a true sunny side up egg though- so if you aren’t into a bit of goo, then make sure to order over easy instead.

At night, I am crazy for their cordon blue bites. They are a fantasy in a fried ball form that pops cheese sauce in your mouth. Their wings are great too.

My husband loves the fried gizzards, but I let him eat them on his own!!

Portions are big all around. Service is extended family style- which I think works to their credit. Do you at the channel marker.

We got charged $1.00 for something we did not order. When I asked the server what it was for, she said, “Oh I noticed that, too. I’m not sure why it added that charge.” (The sandwich I ordered had cheese included.). Then, I asked her if she would please remove the $1 charge and she replied, “We cannot remove any charges on a bill. We only have a $9 discount.“ When we were leaving, we heard the bartender (?) say to the server something to the effect of “It’s only $1 but at the end of the year it adds up.”

We have been long time, customers of this restaurant, but something fishy is starting to go on. This is the second time we had bogus charges on our bill. When we ate there last month, the female waitress with the short brown hair brought us the wrong dipping sauces (2 blue cheese instead of 2 ranch). We asked her to please bring us ranch dip. Then we noticed on our bill that she charged us $.50/ea for ALL the dip sauces. That was a total of $2 extra! We have never been charged for dip sauce… Even on our bill today, we did not get charged for any of our sauces.
I’m fed up with getting ripped off from this place. There’s way better restaurants in Edmonds who truly customers.

We’ve always had an appreciation for neighborhood pub and a great special! First time here, and both tried the Saturday prime rib dinner. A nice portion of decently prepared meat, a loaded baked potato and salad too. For $17, that’s a deal! The place was welcoming, our server was super friendly and food was served quickly. We both thought the menu had several things we’d like to try. We’ll be back!

We love this place. It has the beer we like on tap and the “broasted” wings are consistently great. It’s an especially fun atmosphere when there’s Seattle sports on tv.

Fun place, good service, and ample food servings. The coconut shrimp appetiters was yummy…and the chicken cordon bleu sandwich was outstanding. Potato salad a treat.
Just celebrated another birthday party here.
