This place is so cute! The food comes out super fast and is delicious. This was my first time and i was in a hurry to catch a flight. They only serve different kinds of chicken salad and they will give you tasters if you can’t make up your mind. I only have one pic but I think you can get the vibe of the place from these cute sayings they had in the restroom. I recommend!

Went to the drive through to have my order wrong and food left out. This isn’t the first time and that’s the frustrating part. I should have known to check at this point. Once I address this I will not be back again.. I had to go buy something from the gas station after returning and they were closed. I would like to personally thank your lovely crew at the Madison Alabama – Town Madison (Moonshot Drive) location for helping make my mother’s 75th birthday one that I’m sure she will remember for years to come. My mother loves to eat at Chicken Salad Chick. She eats there multiple times a week. Her 75th birthday was approaching, and my sister and I were trying to decide somewhere we could take her to celebrate such a significant milestone. We quickly remembered how she loves to eat at your establishment, so we had an idea to take her there for lunch. We decided to surprise her by inviting several family members and close friends she had not seen for quite some time (mainly since COVID hit in 2020). Our list of invitees quickly grew to nearly 40 people. I put in a call to the Madison location and was able to get in touch with the manager Amy. I explained to her how we would like to have a birthday lunch for my mother but was afraid our invitee list was too large for such a request. Amy said not only was it okay, but she and the crew would do everything in their power to make my mother’s birthday very special, and they did! From the moment we arrived they were very attentive to our needs, whether it was moving a table or two to ensure we were all seated together, providing additional utensils for cake, or simply taking and delivering 10-20 orders to our tables. They never complained and always greeted us with smiles and heartfelt actions. They even provided a few Chicken Salad Chick swag items (koozie, notebook, etc.) in a small gift bag that my mom loved!! I am truly grateful for their positive attitudes and willingness to help make my mother’s day truly special. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude my sister and I have for everyone there, both the manager and all the employees. Everyone that helped make my mother’s day special should be made to feel special in return, as they truly deserve it. My family and I are lifelong Chicken Salad Chick customers and it’s not just due to the awesome chicken salad, but to the love we received from your staff that day. My mother has been going on and on about how much fun she had celebrating, and for that, my sister and I are eternally grateful.

We picked up two Quick Chick containers of our favorite Chicken Salads! Both were great (as always), and they provided two meals each. We seek Chicken Salad Chick restaurants whenever we can find them as we travel. We now have a new restaurant in our home town and can’t wait to visit it. Since this was my first time eating CSC, I went with the croissant sandwich and traditional chicken salad. The croissant was great, however, I really couldn’t taste the chicken salad because there was so little on my sandwich. The bacon and cheese overwhelmed what little chicken salad was there. For $15, I expect more. On the positive side, the fruit was good as was the tea. I might give it one more shot.

Better than that, I brought my daughters to dinner here tonight, and after what felt like a chaotic dinner with a two year old , the manager, Amy, came out to meet my girls. She took the time to talk to them and ask about their interests, and then she gave them all sorts of fun stickers and notepads. When we left, my 7 year old said “this was the best trip to chicken salad chick ever!” Thank you, Amy, for going above and beyond tonight! You made our day!

Before I start this review, allow me to say I really like Chicken Salad Chick.
Lately, I ordered the sandwhich plate on the croissant with lettuce, tomatoes, and Fancy Nancy chicken salad. I wanted to try the new location. It was raining, so I went through the drive thru. The timeframe was between lunch and dinner, and I was super hungry. All I could think about was I was getting ready to eat my sandwich after a really long morning at the doctor’s office, and this meal was going to be great.
Take a look at the bread on my sandwich. This should have never made it into my box and out the drive thru window. The grape salad and Plain Jane were good. But I am embarrassed for you all to serve that stale bread as a part of a sandwich. I typically always get the sandwich, specifically the croissant, so it appears as if either the sourcing for bread, (the croissants) is not good here, or they tried to stretch something they should not have put on someone order. At any rate, I will not return to this location.
