I had lunch and was greeted politely and though it was busy my order was given correctly. I enjoyed the sandwich BLT, but I wish there were better sides such as sweet potato or mash potatoes. I did not like the potato soup and not a big fan on crackers and cookies as part of the meal. I am sure there is room for improvement. Overall not a bad experience

Skimpy on the chicken salad 2 sandwiches 17$ with no sides. I will have to really be wanting it bad to go back. The flavor is good but no where near enough for the money. See pics for the amount of bread left with no filling. It wasn’t to busy and waited almost 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

In from out of town & was excited to see a CSC close to my hotel. I wasn’t disappointed! All of the staff was personable & gracious, Alexa was a smile from hello to goodbye, informative & a great advocate for CSC. The food was delicious as expected & the seasonal Greek chicken salad was sooo good I just hope they have it at the CSC back home!

Extra busy on opening day right before lunch rush, but my drive thru experience was fast and accurate, down to the extra crackers and bowl of lemons for my tea that I requested. Food was tasty. Only complaint is give out better napkins; those tiny ones in the cutlery packages dont do the job

Have never had CSC and went for the first time this week and it was great! Just got a scoop of chicken salad and a scoop of the pimento cheese, both had great flavor! I have ordered three plates with two sides and never received the sides. This happened to me last month and this month. Every time I order two sides, the other side is missing. I still have recipes showing that I pay for the extra side. Please refund me. I have called the store and no one has called back. I have emailed. No one has responded. You are taking money from customers.

Hi everyone. They need to shut chicken salad chick down . The management picks favorite. They managements suck, their rude and disrespectful . When you try to reach out to them they never respond back. They ignore you. Their communication sucks. Their employee Deborah causes problems and they still end up keeping her there. And fire their good employees. Knowing Deborah has caused so much problems towards everyone. That’s where they start picking their favorite employees. They only pay their employees 10hr which ain’t enough to pay bills. The customers loved me the employees also loved me and Brooke the manger hated the fact that I got along with everybody I worked with. She pinned me out to be the bad one bc everyone loved me. I busted my tail at this place and they still treated me like garbage. Customers drink nasty tea bc the mangers don’t make sure that the tea things are clean there is black stuff when you pour out someone tea. They need to shut this place down. Or they need different managers that can control and really see who works their tail off. I finally quit today. I recommend to not eat here. Chicken salad chick needs to pay their employees way more than they do. And give more hrs to not just one employee (Deborah) a lot of employees are upset bc they give Deborah a schedule everyday to work but gives them 2 days out of the week. They need new management or they need to shut this place down.
