Had dinner with family a few weeks back. Out of my favorite chicken salad this visit. Got something else (BLT) but was craving mine Olivia’s Old South. I got pasta salad and it was very good. My family also got sandwiches and soup. The potato soup was delicious and my sandwich selection was good, but you know how it is when you are craving something specific.my cousin got the Mac and cheese and stated it was good.

My first time! Everyone was so friendly and they made great recommendations. I can’t wait to go back! The chicken salad sandwich was great, but I especially loved the grape salad. I waited a long time to get to one, and it was everything I hoped it would be! The cake and cookies were amazing too!

We tried this place for the first time today and were so pleasantly surprised by our experience! The staff were all so very nice, especially the lovely lady named Nicky who took our order. We mentioned it was our first visit and she took the time to explain the menu, offered us samples and even offered my daughter a drink.
All the food was really good! Loved all the different options of chicken salad flavors. The white chocolate cake was to die for too! Such a fun little place, will definitely be back!

This was my first time visiting this location. The sandwich was ok, didn’t taste any different from any other chicken salad sandwich I’ve had before.
While the person at the register was attempting to take my order, she was interrupted by another employee who told her about a cellphone issue, and the other person had to complete the transaction. I think it’s very poor customer service to have customer facing employees handling cellphones.
The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was satisfying.

Chicken Salad Chick has done it again! Great NEW Location in Smithfield, NC! It is fabulous and has a DRIVE THRU! The staff was delightful! Naomi gave great service and the Owner Clay was very present, helpful and polite. All of the food here is amazing! This location is very easily accessible and has lots of parking, handicap accessible, clean and beautiful inside and out. Highly Recommend…one of our new favorite places. 5 stars for sure!

A new restaurant for Smithfield and one of my favorite. It has been busy this week with everyone coming out to try this new business. Today I got Classic Carol and a Trio with Fancy Fran, Broccoli Salad and Mac n Cheese. Yummy. There is a wait because they are busy but great food, atmosphere and helpful staff.

So we decided to try this restaurant for the first time. I placed the order online for pickup, and my husband went to get it. When he got back home, we opened all the boxes and immediately noticed that not one, but two items were missing… a $10 fruit bowl and a slice of cake.
He went back to get what was missing, and I waited to start eating until he returned. When he got back the second time, I opened my box and realized my order was completely wrong. It was supposed to be a BLT sandwich with chicken salad, but there wasn’t any bacon on it at all… it was just chicken salad.
We also tried to call after he got back the second time to let them know my order was completely wrong, and they didn’t even answer the phone.
First impressions are everything, and in this case, it was absolutely terrible. Everything that could have gone wrong did. My husband said the lady who handled the concern was nice, but when items are missing and you later find out your entire order is wrong and half of it was missing, it really doesn’t matter. The food was good though at the very least, I guess…

I tried this restaurant for the very first time. A couple different employees spoke to me upon entering. The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside. The food was quickly delivered to my table and was delicious.
I would like to give a huge shout-out to a fine employee named Michelle. She told me about different types of chicken salad and other menu items. She was very knowledgeable and it was apparent that she truly has a passion for her job and offers great customer service. She is an asset to your business!

Man Chicken Salad Chick has to be the best well kept Chicken Salad Establishment of all time. Friendliness is Outstanding, prices are very very reasonable, the Chicken Salad is amazing. Many flavors, and many choices, please don’t forget the soup or salad. The sweet treats hit the spot. Healthy, healthy, healthy!!!

Ridin’ Dirty Outdoors
Overall food was decent. Drive thru times were a bit long, spend 15-16 minutes in line with 4 cars ahead of me. I got the sandwich combo and got the kickin Kay Lynn flavor, it wasn’t spicy at all but it was a good sandwich. The side was broccoli and cheddar soup. It wasn’t special, tasted like any other out of a bag or can soup option out there.
