The flavor, service and atmosphere is great but the serving side size was disappointing in comparison to their pictured advertisements….half filled small bowls is NOT ok, and the soup was cold (and I wanted a warm/hot soup on a very cold day). We like this place but I will not frequent if this is what it is going to be like.

Visited this place for the first time! All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. They offered samples of different varieties of chicken salad to help me decide what to order. Restaurant and restrooms were clean and had cute decor. Only negative was no public wi-fi, but so minor in comparison to the great experience I had there overall that they still get 5 stars from me.

Excellent food, excellent service and a super cute atmosphere. Everyone is very laid back and helpful, and the restaurant itself is so clean and the decor charming as all get out.
Highly recommend the pumpkin cheesecake if they have it. The Jalapeno Holly chicken salad is my personal fave: it has a nice little kick but nothing too overwhelming. Get it as a croissant! Also: the baked potato soup is stellar.

Attentive and helpful staff. Cute decor. However, my sandwich was like 90% croissant, 10% chicken salad. I know your food is good, but don’t be so stingy with that chicken salad!

I can’t even begin to tell how good the spicy chicken salad is. I am super picky about chicken salad and for me to give it 5 stars is huge. Not only is the food good, it the staff was top notch. Super friendly and actually seam to enjoy their job. Thank you for your help Brooke, you made our first experience fantastic. We will definitely be back!!!

Stopped by to try a new place for lunch! Delicious! We did the drive through and they were super helpful navigating the menu. The fancy Nancy chicken salad on the croissant was very good! And the bonus sugar cookie was a nice touch! Absolutely perfect. The only thing I wish is the croissant were less bread-like and more flaky. We would definitely come back!

This place is the best place to eat in Clemmons! I’ve been here twice and I was impressed both times. I got the Fancy Nancy and the Cranberry Kelly and they are both fantastic. The poblano soup is ahhmazing! It is just the right amount of spicy. I usually do not like spicy anything but this soup is great. They let you taste sample the chicken salad before you buy it too. It is very affordable! My dad and I both ate for under 22 dollars. You are not required to leave a tip at all if you don’t want to. But I did. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. This place is my favorite place to eat out hands down. If you like chicken salad, they have the best in town! Thank you Chicken Salad Chick!

We got the Kickin’ Kay Lynne chicken salad on a croissant with a Loaded Potato Soup side and Lauryn’s Lemon Basil chicken salad on a croissant with a Broccoli Salad side. Both came with a dill pickle strip and a buttercream cookie. Yum! The manager even went to evey patron to ask for comments. We will definitely be back to Chicken Salad Chick.

This has to be the worst service and food. ordered in drive thru paid told to pull forward and they would bring it out. Waited 15 minutes and someone came out and said they were out of the type of chicken salad, so order a different type continued to wait. Finely i went in and ask for a manager and no help from her. Got food finely. Ordered a melt sandwich, so should be hot, no cold and the bread had a stall taste too it. This place keeps going downhill.
