This is one of Brownsville hidden gems. Good food, good portions and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Good location and plenty of parking. Complimentary chips and salsa and very delicious Ranchero Beans. Very unique chicken seasoning. Must try!

The waitress was nice but the food was not. It doesn’t taste like bbq. It tastes like it was cooked in a slow cooker. So disappointed. Potatoes were salty, rice was ok and beans were ok as well. Just disappointed that the meat didn’t taste like actual bbq’d meat or smoked or anything resembling actual BBQ.

Great food at a great price. Their grilled whole chicken is cooked to perfection, it’s very flavorful & juicy. If you dine in, you’re welcomed by Country music and inviting atmosphere. My personal complaint is their barbecue sauce, it’s too sweet for my taste.

We ordered carry out today for lunch (Parrillada). All was very good and packed well. My only “negative” comment was that I would have liked an extra packet of BBQ sauce (we were provided one). Other than that, the food was good and it was fresh. Great meal.
