I did not enjoy the quesadilla. The tortilla was undercooked so every bite is mushy like dough. The swapped my meal for a rotisserie chicken plate with beans and rice and it was delicious. But their quesadilla’s taste like it came from taco bell. Everything else is delicious.

Love this place. Been going here for 3 years now and never had a problem with any of their meals from their tacos to quesadillas and beans and rice. Their flan is delicious and it’s my favorite there. It’s a reasonable price and I will continue to eat there since it’s so good.

Have an open fire cooking chicken and ribs. Very cool rotisserie show. Had the taco plate, comes with a drink. I had Carne Asada, not bad. My Son had the chicken. He said it had a smoky flavor. Chicken gets the win for smoked flavor. Rice was good. The beans are refried beans. They are some of the best beans I have ever eaten. I prefer Charo beans, but these were very well done. The salsa bar was just a small station, but had a wide variety. 2 red, 2 green, a southwest sauce, a pesto, fire roasted and peco de gallo. I mixed the Jalapeno and fire roasted. Made a great flavor. Definitely will come back with the wife.

Stopped by at 8:34am. WOW, rotisserie chicken was already ready to go and made it smell so good! Everything was freshly clean, and the chairs were just coming down. Service was excellent, and the young lady was super nice and let me try every fresh water to see which one I wanted. They were all very good, and you could tell they were just made. I got the flautas, STUFFED with some of that delicious rotisserie chicken, and the plate came with 5 of them. Usually, restaurants like to do 3 for the same price, which I was pleasantly surprised how stuffed they were! Would recommend to check it out, even at 8am. I would look at other photos, but EVERYTHING looked like it would be really good, especially if it’s all freshly made chicken done infront of you.
Also, there was a guy loading more chicken, ribs, legs, unions into the rotisserie while I ate. Was cool to watch!

Great customer service. Guy was nice and knowledgeable. Restaurant Is bright and clean. Food is good, Chicken is flavorful and tender. Most of the Ribs were tender and full of flavor, although some pieces were a little tight and chewy. Rice is just okay, no real flavor. Beans were very good, great flavor. I do wish there were in option in the type of beans you can choose. Onions and peppers taste great. Taco shells were just okay… kinda tasted under cooked. Overall give this restaurant a try if you have spare time.

My mexican friend got the ribs, and the bones fell right out they were so tender.

This was my first time at Chicken Pullita. Right as I walked in, I was surprised to see a full wood fire with chicken and ribs cooking. It smelled great. The food was good and the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely give it another try.

Food is amazing. customer service is amazing. I had stopped here for the first time because I was in the building next to it for work training. They were very quick with service so it was easy to grab somthing for my lunch. It was so good I had to stop by for 3 days in a row and was never disappointed and definitely didn’t get tired of it. My only complaint is that they don’t have one in denton. If they did it would definitely be my go to taco spot. I will definitely be back. If you are in the area stop by and check it out.
