That’s why I like coming at Chicken Palace.
Food was really good, exceptional service from Mari, nice music. They have lunch specials on weekdays. That picture was my special for today, but they have more options you can choose. Everything was great here.

This is the go-to for when we crave homestyle peruvian food. Feels like we order take out like 4 times a month, its great comfort food. Like how your parents would make, nothing fancy, but packs great flavor.
Ive tried a lot of their menu options & everything is fantastic. From the Seco to the tallerin rojo, to the ceviche, & the chifa. My favorite is the chanfainita, not very typical to find in a restuarant but theyve got it here & it slaps.
The actual location could use some touch ups but thats really my only complaint. Oh & I wish there was cau cau more often

Delish! Had the Pichanga, chicken with the rice and fries, platano mas duro and a person in our party ordered the wonton soup– which was huge by the way– all of which was quite good. It was enough for 3 people and some to take home. There is also a cookie they sell that reminds me of an almond cookie with a filling, it’s a must try.

The food was always good until my last visit. The anticucho wasn’t cooked well, and overall the food was just okay. I’m not sure if they changed the chef, but this time it wasn’t as tasty as all the other times I’ve been.

I am married to a Peruvian and he gives the food a 5/5. The service was also friendly and they had live singing on a Saturday night. The reason for the loss of the one star is the prices on the website menu were quite different than the restaurant menu. The 1/2 chicken was $11 online and $14 in the store and the arroz chowfa was $13 on the website and $18 in the store. So if your basing your spending on the website check the in store prices first!

Food is ok honestly. But service was great so we enjoyed. Would I come here again? Probably not. Food is a bit dry and when we tried to order juice options there wasn’t any but soda.

Got the Churrasco a lo Pobre / Skirt Steak with Eggs and Potatoes. Really wanted to like this place but when we got home to eat dinner, we found that the steak, which was almost $30 was completely inedible. Literally, the entire steak was gristle. The meal was also very oily (potatoes, maduros, sausage), though the green sauce was good. Staff also do not speak English, which would have been fine, but they were also not friendly. Will not be going back.
