Ok so Mediterranean food is not my expertise 🙂 but I’ve been to this place way too many times; and I have to say the food here is amazing. My go to order is the lemon garlic chicken with veggies and hummus. And of course, a chicken soup. I think it’s called grandma’s chicken soup; and it sure tastes like your grandma made it! It’s delicious. The chicken is very tasty, and the hummus is superb. I have visited other places where they serve Mediterranean food, and their food was awful; specially the hummus. But here is different. The food is delicious. And their customer service is excellent. Specially the people that hand out the food, they’re awesome. The prices are reasonable. I don’t have the receipts with me right now, but it’s about $28 for both my usual orders (if I remember correctly) oh and there’s plenty of parking at the shopping center where they’re located.

My food was great. The problem was one the employees spraying Glade inside the restaurant and in the cooking area. Spraying Glade air freshener which is toxic over food is unacceptable. The employee was pregnant & maybe the smell of food was bothering her. I don’t know. It was odd.

I came here specifically to try the lunch special and ordered two, clearly asking for two different flavors. Instead, both were served as the original. When I questioned it, the staff simply said the special only applies to the original and pointed to the ad. That may be true, but it’s unacceptable that this wasn’t mentioned when I placed my order. A simple clarification would have prevented the issue, but instead it felt misleading and dismissive.
If a promotion has restrictions, customers should be told upfront rather than being left disappointed after the food arrives. Not everyone reads every detail on an advertisement, and what if a customer doesn’t know how to read? Good service means making sure everyone understands what they are ordering, not hiding behind fine print.
This lack of transparency and poor communication reflects very poorly on the restaurant. Be aware before ordering—the “special” is not what it appears to be. I would not recommend this place, and suggest spending your money elsewhere.
EDIT: The AD does not state anywhere that it is only for the ORIGINAL. Only stated “NO SUBSTITUTIONS,” which is vague. This would have been a perfect time for them to communicate what couldn’t be substituted.

Stopped by at Chicken Maison for lunch. The chicken is super tender and juicy. The spicy hummus has a hint of spicyness and is very creamy.
The baklava is sweet and buttery. Yummy!

Chicken Mason is a good restaurant for those who prefer Mediterranean cuisine. Food is tasty, place is clean, and still is good. We tried the chicken, the steak , the shrimp , the fettuccine, the hummus, the salad , and more; all taste good.

So I’m giving this place a 4 based on the palates of my girls. I’m allergic to certain chicken and couldn’t eat it here. But my girls said it was REALLY good. Based on the amount of people there on a Thursday night, they must have been right.
I got the salmon plate and the salmon had VERY little flavor. The rice and salad were the best thing I had. I paid $4 extra did hummus and it was bland as well.
They also don’t have a kids menu, so my girls had to share a plate. (One of my girls is off the kids menu and the other still needs one.) My girls said they’d want to go back, so I’ll try falafel next time.

Wow. Everything about this place is great. The spicy lemon garlic rotisserie chicken is SO good. Wow. It’s on top of the most tender and flavorful rotisserie chicken. Spicy hummus and slaw were both great. Prices are good too, no frills and quick friendly service. I will 100% come back.
