Order for delivery and all the chicken was all dark meat. They cut it supper small thinking I wouldn’t notice. Rice was stale and they messed up the sauce.

Love chicken kitchen and I’m sure everyone here is nice but you got the old man chopping chicken while yelling about a story when he lost his keys. Not only do I not care but he was yelling for the two customers before me and with me as well. All I could think of was that his spit had to have fallen on some of the chicken. I had said I didn’t want a pita and he gave it to me anyway. Net: he’s not listening and he’s spitting all over the chicken. Later I get to the cashier and he gets distracted by a UPS delivery and chooses to open the box after greeting me while my food sits cold. I have zero desire to come here again. Come on guys. Let’s get this place together. Being disgusting and rude is a recipe for disaster.

They consistently mess up the order. Give you which ever sauce they choose. Fail to include the pita. Don’t answer the phone. It’s a mess. The food is good. Service is lousy!

The price has gone up while the quality has gone down. The sour cream is too watery, the guacamole is like that cheap paste guacamole, nobody likes that stuff. The only thing consistent is the chicken I guess. Chicken kitchen used to be good but it’s not worth the price. At least the workers don’t act like they hate their jobs at this location, other locations are worse.

I recently visited Chicken Kitchen with my service dog and was appalled by the treatment I received. As soon as I walked in, an employee (the older man) rushed me to leave because he was concerned about other guests complaining about my dog. This was not only disrespectful but completely ignorant of the laws surrounding service animals.
When I tried to explain that my dog is a service animal, he dismissed me, saying, “Yes, but you are not handicapped, and they can close the restaurant.” This comment was not just hurtful but also fundamentally misunderstanding of what a service dog is. Disabilities are not always visible; many people deal with non visual health challenges that are just as valid as physical ones.
To be made to feel uncomfortable for having my service dog is unacceptable. No one should have to justify their need for a service animal, and it’s disheartening to see a business that lacks the understanding and training needed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. I urge Chicken Kitchen to educate their staff on the rights of service dog handlers to prevent this from happening to anyone else and will be contacting corporate to address this from ever happening to anyone else.

Do not recommend this place, first time ordering , font lady talking on her cell phone in spanish and not paying attention to my order. So i went to the manager and he help me out. After i paid and ask for the confusing dessert on menu by the wall. He recommend not to buy dessert only cookies and brownies from few days ago and he said that it was overprice @ $3 each! I determine if overprice or not. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The food is the same but the pita was cold and hard and the curry sauce is watered down. I haven’t visited this place for two years and hoped they were better, but sadly it is still the same.
