First time to check out the World Famous Chicken Guy by Guy Fieri. Went through the drive-thru and asked for a minute to check out their menu. After 1 minute, I said hello again and got no response. I continued for another 2-3 minutes without any response. Just as I was about to drive away, a young lady laughingly answered, “Can I help you?” I quickly placed our order and followed the drive to the pay window. A young lady greeted me and took our order, but then started talking and laughing with another person rather than focusing on filling our order correctly. My son got no sauce for his chicken nuggets and the sauce on my sandwich was very sparing. Additionally, the fries were over salted abd my triple mint shake was almost room temperature. The taste of their chicken items was excellent, but their service needs to be addressed since it is obviously interfering with getting out food hot or cold as expected. I’ll be back because the chicken was damn-good, but I hope to see improved service.

Update:
Went back to try the dine-in of the restaurant. Service was much better this time around and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Much better experience. We’ll be back!

We waited to try this place after the crowds slowed down. Our food had great flavor and was definitely different than other chicken spots. My only mild complaints were when the coke went out. Instead of changing the syrup they told us to pick something else. I also wanted to change my cheese to American and not add an extra slice but they charged me 50 cent more. That did not make sense but the lady stated that was policy. We will be back though.

The fried chicken dumplings were great!!
The Mac n cheese was a bit under cooked and barely warm.
The fries were like cafeteria fries from high school and they were not that hot.
I liked that they were playing rock music.
The dining room was clean, which is a big PLUS compared to any other restaurant within 5 miles!!

Just shocked at how otherworldly delicious & Grubbable the Chicken Dumplings are – the texture, flavor, balance of Sweet, Spice & a touch of heat…. absolutely dreamy – and evil !! Lol. Thank God this isn’t closer to my house or I’d be doomed

When I got in line I said I would give them grace no matter what because today is opening day. Fast forward an hour and 22 minutes later, I’m still in the drive thru line. On average it’s taking 10 to 25 minutes per car to get food and I’m still 4 cars away from the pickup window. I get that this is the first day, but come on y’all. We have got to do better. Just wondering if they got training at all before they opened. If I wasn’t stuck in this line, I would back up and leave. OMG!!! The food better be worth the wait! If you’re thinking about coming tonight — THINK TWICE and wait until they’ve been open a couple weeks!
Update: I’m coming back to edit my review because I made it home and got the food. So my edit is based on the food. We ordered two 3-piece tender combos with Cole slaw and sodas. They get a pass on the Sprite because it’s opening day and apparently too overwhelmed to realize they were out of syrup. We also ordered a side order of fries and the fried chicken dumplings. Everything was really good and fresh. We were very satisfied with the taste and hotness of the food. We will be back after they’ve been open for a while and get all the kinks worked out.

After being opened for a couple weeks, we had to try this place. The parking lot was full and drivethru was still closed. I assume more parking space would be available if the drivethru was open. The dining area was busy. Got in line and was about the sixth person back. The service was quick so I didn’t wait too long. The menu was limited compared to what they have online. For example, they don’t have the CG Classic. Also make sure you review your receipt. In our order was the Fried Pickle Chips. It was listed on their menu for $4.99 but was charged $5.99. The chicken tenders and sandwiches were good. They weren’t dry. $6.49 for the cheapest chicken sandwich and goes up to $8.49 and above if you want more than a basic chicken sandwich. Nothing really special with their sauces. I was hoping something unique. The fries and pickle chips weren’t crispy but we had takeout. Maybe better if you eat them at the restaurant. Would probably return but not often.

I recently visited Chicken Guy! and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience from start to finish.
The drive-thru is incredibly narrow, which was a real challenge to navigate in my truck. Once I got my order, the issues continued. The fruit punch I ordered tasted like red-colored bathwater—completely flavorless and without any of the crispness you’d expect. I also asked for specific sauces and was given the wrong ones, which was frustrating.
My first combo, a #4, was surprisingly bland even though it was smothered in two different sauces that clashed rather than complemented each other. The strawberry shake was a redeeming feature, but it was so runny it was more like milk than a thick shake. The second combo was decent but lacked sauce and seemed to have more coleslaw than anything else.
All in all, this wasn’t my favorite meal, and I can confidently say it will be my last from here.

Staff are nice. Seasoned fries are delicious, chicken is tasty & crunchy, and the brown-sugar bbq sauce is great. Only negative is the accoustics are awful – kids loud voices hurt my ears. I’d come back another day.

I had really high hopes and I’m grateful for everything Guy does for NorCal communities, but the pot stickers were the only menu item that took me to FlavorTown. The music was set to 90s rock and was really LOUD and you just got the feeling that no one was enjoying the “ambiance.” Parking and walking in is also a bit awkward as the drive thru lane is more of a sidewalk to the front of the place.
