I ordered crispy tacos but the counter got it mixed up and gave me grilled steak tacos instead — honestly a happy mistake. The steak was tender, flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. Not what I planned to get, but I’d definitely order them again. Good meal at Chicken Fiesta.

I’m disappointed with the way I was treated today. I come to this Chicken Fiesta every week with my family, and we usually have a good experience, but today was different.
When I asked for a little more yellow sauce, the staff member handling the to-go orders refused and told me, “It is already too much.” I only wanted two more small sauces. I even asked again politely for just one more, and he still said no. It’s a very small request, and I didn’t like his attitude at all. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
On the positive side, the cashier girl was excellent. She was very attentive, helpful, and kind, and she made the experience much better. I really appreciate her service.
Overall, I usually like this place, which is why this situation surprised me. I hope management looks into this so customers are treated better in the future.

A group of us, coworkers came in for lunch on a weekday. We got there a little after they opened for the day, but right before the lunch rush – this place gets busy! Service was excellent from everyone, but mostly the lady who took our orders and rang us up. Many of us had questions and she gladly explained everything and answered them for us, even made great suggestions.
It didn’t take long for the food to be prepared… it looked and smelled amazing and tasted great! The chicken was moist and full of flavor. Their ribs were so very tasty and tender and not very fatty too! Yuca and cole slaw were also very good. And save room for dessert, they make a very nice tres leche cake.
Would highly recommend coming here!

Our company had a large catering order for our holiday party and everything was absolutely fantastic. I can’t believe I’ve never stopped in-store before! The steak and chicken were devoured and the green hot sauce was incredible.
The man who delivered the order was prompt, kind, and very helpful.
The ordering process was also very easy and streamlined and the folks answering the phone were extremely helpful. The lady who confirmed my order even took the time to suggest that I change the order to fajitas to have extra items for vegetarians.
I will be coming back in-store soon to try more items.

The chicken is good, but the problem is they give you very little food. There are only 5 pieces of cassava per order, which I think is far too little. They should charge a couple of dollars more but give a little more food.
