First time here. My mom got the quarter chicken with bean and slaw. I got chicken quasadilla. Both were great. Chicken was moist. I cannot handle hot spice. I think the chicken skin has some hot spices though the cashier said nothing too spices on it. I endured my fiery tongue because it was great. I checked the reviews before we came and reviews were so right about great food. Worth the try.

Great food, good sized portions, lots of options. Self served although a member of the staff grabbed our trash even though it wasn’t expected. A little detail I particularly enjoyed were the paper towels (napkins) at every table were folded to be more presentable and made every table look better than you average fast food restaurant.

This has to be best juiciest tender seasoned perfectly cooked chicken I’ve ever had. The black beans are amazing and cooked with tomatoes. The rice is okay….a little dry, and maybe had been sitting for a while. The yellow sauce is amazing‼️We also share the chicken quesadilla are the best! Several locations!! A must try!!

One of my favorite places! The atmosphere is always so clean and quaint. Even when I’m dissatisfied, they get it right! Last night I tried the El Grandè Chicken Burrito and the fried ice cream for the first time and they both hit the spot! Absolutely Delicious! My only complaint, I wish I’d checked my mom’s to go meal, the wing ( was inedible because it was completely burnt. Hopefully, we can get it right, next time.❤️

The food is always good here. I got the number 7 steak and chicken combo also steak and cheese combo with yucca. Sandwich was a bit small but it was good. Food was good as always. Must try the mango juice.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Anytime I need quick and delicious meal, I know I can count on this place to deliver. I tend to always order pick up and my meal is always ready when I arrive. I’ve had trouble with online orders at other restaurants– I’ve never had a problem with Chicken Fiesta.
The customer service is the best. Never had an issue with any worker I’ve dealt with at this location in Henrico County. Every single part of the restaurant is always clean. I hope management treats their employees well.
You really can’t go wrong with ordering anything off the menu. I’ve had pretty much everything they offer. The only dish I felt was disappointing was the Lomo Saltado but
even that was delicious– it’s just a bit pricey for what you get.
My one and only complaint for Chicken Fiesta is the rotisserie chicken wheel. The smell of the charred meat can sometimes be a bit strong. I also wonder how much the charcoal smoke workers breathe in during their shifts. If the restaurants ever do a design overhaul, the wheel should probably go in the back in a well ventilated area.
All in all, great place to eat. I’ll continue to be a customer if they keep up the quality.

The food here is really good. They give you plenty so you won’t be leaving hungry. There is a green sauce that I don’t know what it is, but I know it’s delicious. The sauce has a good kick and actually goes really well on the steak. And for a chicken place the steak and ribs are pretty good.

What a great rotisserie house! The chicken is authentic, the ribs are competition level, and the vibe is perfect. No surprise since they are using real top-level charcoal. Even the seating chart is well done. A drive thru to boot. Updated menu pics. One of those places you make a destination, on the way past. Beware, the green sauce is addictive.

Everything was wonderful.. until I got home with my food the steak was dark and dry.. for the price we paid it should’ve been dry and there was not much steak in it .. even the taco salad we paid 12.00 the hamburger meat was dark and dry I should’ve took pictures.. im going to start doing that.. can you get paid going from restaurants to restaurants .. I think were paying to much for stuff that’s not worth it… thanks everyone have a blessed day
