I’ve been coming to Chicken Express for years, been to multiple branches and I have never had gravy this watery and inconsistent. It was luke warm, and the water is separating out. Manger says that’s how it’s supposed to be and that all the other Chicken Express restaurants are doing it wrong. One of the reasons we come is for the gravy. Will not be visiting the Conway store again while the current manager is in charge.

Your customer service sucks. You don’t even understand your own menu. You got the customer’s money but the customer didn’t get what his family asked for. Your own incompetence ruined dinner for at least one family tonight.

I have been to this establishment several times and ordered anywhere from chicken to livers to fish. Several times my chicken breast were raw and the livers still had bile in them. Sunday I ordered a fish plate for my lunch at work. The fish was salty and I am a saltaholic so for me to say it was salty says alot. I decided to call because my okra was cold as well. The manager on site took my name and told me to come back at my convenience. I decided yo go today and the manager on site (different than the other day) kept giving me the run around with a smirk on her face. She then proceeded to tell me that I would need my receipt from four days ago. I told her the other manager didn’t tell me I needed it yo which she said that it States that on the bottom of the receipt. Well, I found the receipt and it was NOT stated on the bottom as she flat out lied and said! I will not spend my money at that restraunt ever again! They can keep their pink chicken, bile filled lover and salty fish!

The fish we ordered here was so salty as to be inedible. The mashed potatoes were gummy. We asked that our money be refunded. Which the staff seemed to need prodding to make happen. Sad because I remember them having pretty good chicken.

Between seeing roaches on their sign inside to the insane amount of time spent waiting for food (15 minutes for an order of gizards) to the staff completely ignoring us. The overall experience was subpar at best.

First time trying chicken express and probably the last. Went through the drive thru ordered a 16 piece mixed fried chicken dinner with three sides and fried corn nuggets. We were told it would be about 15 minutes for the chicken. It took 37 minutes in the drive thru all to get home and find out there was only 9 pieces of chicken. Do better Conway‼️‼️‼️

This was my first time at Chicken Express . I had an 8 piece chicken and an order of fried liver . First let me say the fried liver was the star of the show . It was delightful (that is if you like liver), it taste great and it was so tender it was like butter. It also came with biscuit and white gravy, perfect for a Georgia Boy. The chicken taste okay, kind of basic nothing to write home about. It was very crispy and the pieces were a decent enough size to feel like I got my money’s worth. Unfortunately I may have gotten there at the wrong time because my chicken was kind of dried out maybe from sitting under a heat lamp too long. But they were so kind, I’m sure if I had told them they would have made some fresh chicken for me. I look forward to going back and trying some of the other items on the menu. And I definitely will be having the fried liver again.

Wow!!! I’ve been searching for good gizzards, and I found them…FINALLY!!! I ordered the 18-piece with a side of gravy. They were fresh, hot, crispy, well-seasoned and plentiful! (This is true for both the Conway and Bryant locations.)
