Stopped on my way back to Houston, there was a line, and I did have to wait several minutes for my order, but the food was fresh. I had asked for a biscuit with my combo because I’ve never tried their biscuit, but they gave me a roll instead. The spicy chicken, fried okra, and corn nuggets were all good. The lady at the window was nice also.

Went through the drive thru, so I guess I should have expected my order to be wrong. The fish is suppose to come with hush puppies and I ordered a roll on the side, no hush puppies no roll, I also ordered chicken livers, burnt beyond recognition, absolutely disgusting. I can not believe that a business let this garbage go out their window.

The best thing about Chicken Express is Lisa Nixon the GM. She’s the only reason I go there. Customer service is amazing. The food is good. All the employees have great customer service. After a long day at work I like stop and get me a Large Coke easy ice. Lisa goes above and beyond for her customers and employees. If you ever have any problems you can reach out to her and she will make it right. You won’t regret it!
