Disappointed in my visit to this Chicken Express.
Foodwise, everything was great. Tenders were hot and tasted good, if a little lacking in salt. Roll was a bit flat, but wasn’t bad.
Things were a different story when placing my order. The woman who took my order was rather unpleasant. It was clear that she didn’t want to be there. She addressed me as “sir” despite my obvious feminine features and attire, and when I corrected her, she made a sour face but refused to apologise.
The place itself seemed alright. No obvious signs of disrepair, and the tables and such looked clean. I had planned to sit and eat, as well as purchase a more complete meal, but reconsidered after my mistreatment at the counter.
I won’t be back for a while. Hope the issues I encountered are resolved before my return.

Worst Chicken E I have ever been too! Food was extremely salty, gravy was old and fries were cold! Roll was soggy didn’t even eat it. Was traveling through but will never stop at this location ever again?

Nice and tasty chicken most of the times. We have tried different locations of the franchise where we came across some of them the chicken was not well coocked. This chain could be better if they pay a little attention to the details in terms of improving the cooking process. I loved the fried okra side and I do recommend it.

8 stop to eat at this location and I know chicken express is good for the taste in the chicken but this time I was real disappointed I order a 2 ocs combo a leg and a breast and the breast and leg was completely tasteless no flavor in it that is a complete dissapointment

They got three stars because they didn’t put my coleslaw i ordered in. Im not driving back from grapecreek to get it…and they took too long on the food. I should’ve known better not to check my order before I left. I’m not impressed. Won’t be going back.

Never seem to be able to get all the order, or a correct order when ordering online. Missing food, wrong food. This time, supposed to be half regular, half spicy, was all regular, didn’t have gravy even though I specifically asked and was told it was there, and didn’t have one of my sides. It takes me 20 minutes to get there from my house, so not worth the 40 minutes round trip to get it corrected. They seal the bag so you can’t easily check it’s all there. Pretty much done with this one, even though it’s the closest to my house.
