Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered jalapeños poppers was told 3 is all you get for a side. Picture of sides shows more than 3. During the week I have eaten here and was given 5. Was eating my cold tenders and they were cut so thin with breading they are thinner than my fork. $37 and change for 3 to eat. I won’t be coming back for a while.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and got 3 legs. All 3 of them were completely raw. I took off the batter later thankfully before I took a bie or else I’d probably be pretty sick… this should not be allowed to be sold, who knows how many people today ate raw chicken without knowing. It was a drive-through order. I didn’t mind the wait since my fish & hush puppies were freshly cooked and hot– but the fries were just warm. The portion size was generous and the fish was crispy and seasoned well. Customer service was friendly and appreciative. I would visit that location again for the fish.

Missing sides on a family meal. How could they not know their menu?! Even managers doesn’t know… Family meal comes with sides and rolls.

The Haltom City Chicken Express does a fantastic job. We bought a chicken tenders combo and a catfish dinner. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I worried about the catfish filet because often a fast food place will dry them out. But here, the fish was moist and well cooked. Their sides are great, too. We love the hush puppies, French fries, Cole slaw and fried okra. Now that we know about them, we will go back for our fried chicken, chicken tenders and catfish.

If I could give Chicken Express zero starts, I would. I went to this Chicken Express around 1:13 p.m. Order #3052. I ordered reg mash no gravy, reg okra, reg green beans, reg mac n cheese, 3 rolls, and chocolate chip cookie. The rolls were not given to me. Once I opened in the box and saw the rolls were missing, I was further down the road. I called the store to let them know they did not put the rolls in the box. I was told I had to come back today to get the rolls or get the refund. I could not come back today. The so called manager would not give me his name and refused to do anything to fix the issue. Then had the gall to ask me why I would go to a restaurant 45 minutes away. Is he okay? I am not sure why I am being stolen from because he would not do anything to fix the issue because I could not return today. This is completely unprofessional and highly weird.

Great, consistent food. This is the only place that makes chicken livers that I like. Chicken is great. This place was out of gizzards and gave me extra tenders to be kind. It was clean inside, nice people. This place is the only restaurant where I like the obscure animal parts

The person at the drive-thru window was rude and got my order wrong — even swapped my drink for a side without asking. I tried to stay positive, but the attitude really ruined the experience. Please train staff to be more polite and double-check orders.
