I went there during lunch and they gave me extra tenders for having to wait. I did not complain or anything to get extra tenders. It was lunch time and usually ordering poppers it takes a little longer.

Chicken, fries, Mac and cheese, and gravy were all cold. Waited for a long time, just to ger cold food. Window attendant leaned out the window and complained about how tired she was and that her feet hurt. Truly disappointed, because Chicken Express is normally good,but this location failed terribly.

First time to Chicken Express in months. Ordered wings, 4 sweet teas, mash potatoes with gravy. All except the wings were good. They were boneless and sized more like chicken nuggets. Not much meat and a lot of breading. Very disappointing and feel like i was taken advantage of as a customer.

Absolutely awful we pulled up and she asked us to hold on and we proceeded to WAIT 10 MINUTES!!!! Because she forgot we were there until we finally called out to see if anyone would answer. Then they handed us the wrong drink and the chicken was cold and old. Overall I think the establishment needs to be under new management because obviously they aren’t doing enough. 4/20/23

Ordered family meal. This chicken express has a tendency to forget things, specifically asked for ranch with my poppers didn’t get it. Also didn’t get the gravy that came with the meal. Had to cook gravy once I got it home
